The speed limit is law, but it’s a maximum and you must always drive at OR BELOW the limit based on road, weather and traffic conditions. Question 16. Why does the green arrow point after you see a sign saying max speed 40mph with the direction arrow point towards the right but the answer is 50mph?🤔

@@DrivingvideosUKOK I've looked again and now I pause on each one there is perhaps just number 11 that is deceptive as you can't see if the section the arrow is in is street lit or not and only signs are for the start of the 20 zone so you would have to assume it is 30mph (but it could just as easily be something else)
Strictly speaking you have a fair point. All I’d say is that the street is lit and therefore very unlikely to be unlit before the 20 starts, but your point is valid.

I got 4 wrong😊 Personally feel that most national speed limit areas With narrow roads should be lowered (I know the speed limit is advisory)

I would like to know having driven oneway 30 , return same road in opposite direct it was 20 .very confusing .
If you give me enough info to find it on StreetView I’ll take a look. You’ll always have the same limit in both directions on a single carriageway.

What's the difference with the road on question 8 and question 12 they both look like motorways or similar kind of roads🤔...abit confusing!

Advisory limit 0f 20mph in a regular street with lighting not clear to viewers (30mph) very confusing
I’m not sure which part of the video you’re referring to. It’s not uncommon to find advisory 20 limits in 30mph limit areas.
