I'm the semi pro footballer, i have seen so many players that doing so much skill but there's no player come close to this guy in effectivity. He has no wasted move, all his move is moving forward, all his dribling has big impact for the game, no useless showboating. But someone with no football knowledge said he has no fancy drible like no.7 did, and i understand, they have no clue what football is..

When Messi does skill moves he's the absolute best at it his feet with and around the ball are just to fast for any defender no matter who it is to handle if course skill moves aren't as hard or effective as using brute technique like he usually does but it's still incredible to see his back heels, step on the ball plays roulettes, air flicks and other even a few of his step overs I've seen are completely fast paced and precise it would've been cool to see him embrace that aspect of him a little bit more but realistically it would've taken away from what makes Messi the greatest pure technique and talent. Messi is the best athlete to ever exist he perfected the game's performance above and beyond
