    So relieved to have someone like you offering this very useful guidance. It is incredible how little help there is for litigants in person.

      Given the links suggested, it’s likely this is not a dad friendly channel. Perhaps quite against fathers.

    Domestic Abuse allegations are now occur more often than not in divorces, overwhelmingly by the mother against the father. According to the Ministry of Justice, Domestic Abuse allegations are made in over half (52%) of private law family cases (divorce and custody cases).

      A lot of the time, people become more abusive in times of divorce, court proceedings, etc, so this doesn't surprise me.

    Just one question, can a mother be prosecuted for making false allegations that has been proven and making the father suffer for being separated from his child for such long period of time

    • @lionsheart8
      @lionsheart8 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes a person can be prosecuted for its called perjury or perverting the course of justice. Unfortunately it is seldomly used hence why false allegations in the family court and DV is high. The TH-cam lawyer won't answer because you said mother and in truth yes it's usually women who make false statements.

      Ask the judge to hold the false accuser in CONTEMPT OF COURT. Ask for jailtime for contempt of court and for an AWARD OF COSTS (reimbursement of your legal fees) in your favour by the false accuser (almost always the petitioner).

    Can you ask the court that you don't want the father to have any form of contact due to controlling and manipulative abuse?

    Most time the father is actually the victim of abuse.

    • @AashiJBasra
      @AashiJBasra 3 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      Not really. Its different from person to person. I am the biggest example of this. Single mother raising kids alone since the day they were born-father never tried to be in their life-never paid child maintenance-harrased and abused

    • @galaxychoc82
      @galaxychoc82 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      How have you come to this conclusion? Statistics show that this is not true.
