For everyone, not just men or that would be sexism. Women are master manipulators and natural pathological liars and omitters. Feminised courts finish off objectivity and rational decisions. This solicitor does not understand, removing courts puts her out of business and on the dole.

I was the respondent. My ex made an application filling the c100 form, he had no evidences of any domestic abuse or such whatever however that was accepted by the court and they did not asked his to go through the mediations . My allegation were not accepted by cafcass , they said that is was historical despite that the children age 10 and 14 stated that the was abuse towards their mother and themselves. Casfaccs and the court ignored that. I ended up that Cafcass officer was very supporting to the other party, she even sat with his at the same table during the final hearing and they were chatting to each other like best friends. The cafcass changed my children statements. The children did not wanted to sleep over or spending more time with the father. The said that the father is ignoring their feelings and needs. That the father is threatening them to punish their mother and send her behind the bars if they keep saying that they don't want to see him. He blamed the children for hi spending the money o a solicitors. He punish them and did not pay the child maintainers. There are more and more. Final hearing and the judges behavior was inacceptable. He rule out that the girls must be made by me available for sleeping over, a one week summer holiday, promoting father in our everyday life itc. The girls never slept and refused summer holiday. The father keep threatening me and the children of breaching court order and making sure id get punished. Human Rights do not exist! Women and children's do not have voice! No help from any relevant organizations. They are bouncing you, like a basketball ball from one to another and no actions. Nobody can do anything. Is there is hope for justice ?

Next minute I'm the one getting punched. And my baby daughter as I was holding her. This happened 3 times. Then she told me the other daughters dads non mol was finished and she was telling him he could by pictures of the daughter hes touched up. Got intouch with him didn't I. She got him in trouble with police and obviously stopped him seeing baby.

Thank you! You are the FIRST person that I know who has mentioned the word 'SELF-ALIENATION'. I was wondering why NOBODY is talking about it. Really appreciate your effort. My case is a testament to this phenomenon. Five years prior to my divorce filing, my Ex husband had started becoming extremely neglectful towards the children (with no interest in their education or health or social life), hardly visiting them for 15 days in the whole year (I was asked to count and add them up) then for 3 years prior to when Custody Hearing occured there was no sign of him since he had physically abandoned them, no calls, no visits, and a year later he completely emptied our bank account leaving us completely destitute and at the mercy of food banks and charities. Needless to say, I filed for Divorce. Then, after months of avoiding being served the divorce papers (while my children and I were hanging by a thread financially), my Ex finally showed up in court one day with his attorney and before we were even allowed to present our evidence his attorney started attacking me and accusing me of 'parental alienation'. That is the First time I had ever heard of that term. I honestly thought the presiding judge would surely look at all the facts and would see right through his attorney's nonsense. But that is not what happened. All the evidence we wanted to present from carefully gathered bank statements showing how he siphoned money out of our joint account over a period of several years to evidence showing behind the back activities (new businesses and bank accounts opened that I was not aware of, huge tax refunds that were put away in other accounts, secret gift cards to women, alcohol abuse, porn, the list goes on) all of which I discovered after he left ... All of this was immediately brushed under the rug. I later came across a Law Enforcement term called the DARVO technique and that really rang a bell and resonated with me. I then became fully aware of what was going on and how the bogus Parental Alienation mantra was being weaponized against me to cover my Ex's tracks and divert attention from the actual evidence of long standing physical, financial and psychological abuse. It was being done to punish me for speaking up and being a Truth teller, with the explicit and sole purpose of snatching my children from me and handing them to a clearly neglectful and abusive parent, thereby causing them and me more pain than we had already gone through. Parental Alienation accusations are in fact a DARVO technique deployed, by and large, against Protective Parents with the objective of granting Immunity to Abusers. I have seen countless fathers who first either abuse, neglect or abandon their children (thereby SELF-ALIENATING themselves) and then come back after a prolonged absence and put on a grand show of *wanting their children* only AFTER the mother files for divorce and after grueling years in the family court system I have finally figured out WHY these men put on this mask and facade. It's for one of several reasons: (a) to get back at the mother for taking them to court and for wanting to hold them accountable (goal#1) (b) to deflect attention from their past neglect and abuse and gain immunity for future abuse (goal#2) (c) to change the judge's perception so they can get a 50/50 custody (goal#3) (d) After obtaining 50/50 custody these men and their attorneys then gradually proceed to getting the Child Support reduced over time to BELOW what they normally would be responsible for, because of the shared custody and visitations. This is the *hidden incentive* behind these bogus 'parental alienation' accusations by fathers viz to deprive primary caregivers (Mothers in majority cases) of the means to look after the children after the Divorce. It is NOT about the already neglected or abused child. This dog and pony show goes on till their Child Payment gets reduced. Dad's who genuinely love their kids are the same loving, caring, attentive dad's after as they were BEFORE the Divorce Filing. This is critical but no one looks at it. In the mad frenzy created by bogus parental alienation charges the focus shifts entirely on the Protective Parent and no one even bothers to look at the conduct of the accusing parent BEFORE the Divorce was filed. All these above tactics, I found out later, are taken straight out of a book called "Screw the b!tch. Divorce tactics for men" by Dick Hart which is used by these Men's Right Groups as the go-to instruction manual for divorce. The name of the book itself speaks volumes about the mindset behind this mother-and-child hating movement.

No help for men while the The law grant narcissistic mothers primary carer rights. Who then uses the child as a weapon to domestic abuse men. And who moreofton get decriminated against on false acusation allegations of an abusive controlling manipulating mother.becaause as mentioned in this video men seemsa always get viewed as the perpetrator of domestic violence of abuse. And be of coercive controlling abusers.this is feministical biased descrimination voilation of human rights. Which suppose to equality right of law as parents. How is such thing acting in the best interests of the child. Why did logan that little child die.. undervwhat circumstances. Family law is full of deception and corruption. I wander what the traumatic memory connection is? I wander if you believe he did this violence because he was male? Or maybe he abused his male role, like behaving in a way that you did not expect?

Hilarious if it weren’t so dark! LTrying to be like OK now they know people do this-so people believe me know when we then drugged me & attempted to asphyxiate me, I run to the safe house- then he filed for divorce and started “negotiations” requesting every single thing he would get if I were dead. Full custody and both kids boom legal custody of both kids Yep that’s what he asked for and all marital assets. Oh everything you would get if I were dead?. How “amicable”😮 I resisted this suddenly we were “fighting“!!

What is considered abusive for children? Is brainwashing your children abusive? Is paying your child to stsy in the home, so they will hide mail from one parent, or steal off that parent, or hide the fact that the person not in the home, has been living a secret life for ten years, is that abusive? Haven't spoken to my boys in five years, but the thing is, he waited until they were almost adults to do it.
