How to Create Your Scope of Work, for Rehabs and New Builds

Your Scope of Work is not only the first step of the Project Management process, but it also may be the most important. In this video I give you the steps and the tools that are necessary to create an accurate SOW with efficiency.
One of the most common problems that I see with Rehabbers and Builders is that they spend hours on this step, which can be deflating and can kill momentum. Another common problem is creating a SOW that is inaccurate, resulting in inaccurate budgets, bids, and schedules.
This video provides 7 clear and simple steps for creating your SOW, and within these steps you will see how we leverage tools such as Scope of Work Templates and our Scope of Work Sheet. With these tools and processes I can promise that you will achieve more accuracy while spending only a fraction of the time creating your SOW.
