Thanks for your video. Just got the mic. For me it works for both streaming audio and mic connected to my laptop with Windows 10 (I do not need the laptop mic or another external mic).
I am unable to connect my device to my desktop which has Bluetooth 5.0... Can you please tell me how did you connect your streamline mic with your windows 10 device
@@saitama2921 You have to pair the mic to the hearing aids first. After that just connect the mic to pc by adding new bluetooth device. Nothing else special. If I recall you have to hold power and + on the mic so it enter in pairing mode.

The one thing that I am confused is that my hearing aids already pair with my cell phones and I can take my phone calls, and also hear the music or videos from my iPhone. It sounds that this microphone does exactly what my phone and hearing aids already do (except the microphone on a table to hear many people better). Am I confused or how is this device different?

Also when I am working out and want to stream music into my ear - I don't want to have a bulky thing hanging on my tank top along with having to carry/wear my iphone - Are there other options with this?
No, for audio purposes you can have it in the pocket. I do the same when im doing morning jogs, keep it in pocket and listen to music. There is also an option to turn off outside noise and have only the music audio playing as well.

Hey Parishm yes it does so if you're already buying it for your phone you can also use it for your TV. Stability would definitely be a lot better with the TV streamer. But it'll still work

I'd recommend re-pairing it to your phone again and turning it on and off again. Otherwise when its connected ive found holding the volume down for 3 secs which mutes it works really well to reset the ears. Let me know if that works
@@HearingTechNews Thanks a lot for answering, I have disconnected with option "forget this device" from phone and laptop and then also restarted myControl app from phone (same, forget hearing aids, re-add them) and now it works. I probably have in the past been holding the volume down longer just to see what happens if I remember correctly so by your explanations, it now makes sense as it has muted the left hearing aid. I just did not notice it or such but now its working. Thanks again for the help! :-)
Hey. Do you have experience with the Signia products to stream audio from TV to the hearing aids? Researching for my grandmother that at the moment take off her aids and use a much older "headphones" style for this purpose. thanks

@@ashleybaatjies1132 when you start the Bluetooth it will be open just one and if second is not working by connect with the Bluetooth only you can pull your onc who don't work and put it in the headphone case and hold it again and put it in your ear and will be connecting automatically
Why do we need this thing in the first place? Surely audio should go straight from the phone to the hearing aid via bluetooth. That's what bluetooth is for, surely? This is all about revenues, not user satisfaction.
