I don't think that'll even be minutely easy for her considering she's a Vegetarian and finding vegetarian food for her daily life is already hard as it is. Local Korean food would be even more meat of one kind or another.

Maybe she could skip it while ordering. I don't think it's possible that she didn't know. She's living there and she's probably researched on food there more than anything else because that's something she needs every single time of the day so it's possible she got it skipped or they have some system or kind where the meat wasn't in it. You couldn't even see meat pieces in the dish, some vegetables for sure but no meat look-alike as such.
The lunch cost around 60 in Indian rupees...woW..!!!😋

4. Any kind of blindfold challenges (there are many on the internet)
I have more video ideas..
1. Make your Korean friends taste Indian snacks and sweets (if possible) (stuff like Maggi, Lays, aaloo bhujiya, hajmola, son papdi etc etc)
2. Do a Hyunah makeover of yourself (because I really feel like you look like her.. more in some angles)
I had more in mind but can't remember nowㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Eat brown bread and peanut butter and different kind of juices instead of kellos corn flakes.Corn flakes are not good for whole meal. In other videos you were eating fruits and that's good for your health.Your lunch is good you can carry on eating it and adding yogurt after lunch is good for your health. After dinner you can have almonds before sleep. Drink water in between your meal but wait before and after half an hour before drinking water. Skip drinking milk if you have lactose intolerance. Hey I had digestion issues and now I'm fine. Your digestion will improve don't worry. We love you and we will keep supporting you. Stay healthy and happy. God bless you.
