    About Me:
Chef Keith’s exciting take on Indian cuisine uses his passion for the spices and flavors of the Indian subcontinent with fresh, seasonal ingredients from New England farms to create a dining experience like no other.
Years ago, he dipped a charred piece of bread into a rich gravy that soaked each crumb like a sponge. He raised it to his mouth and closed his eyes, and that is where his journey began.
Chef Keith is a 5x author, restauranteur, and public speaker who grew up in a small city in New Hampshire in the United States. Growing up in kitchens, he learned how to cook from many amazing western chefs. Each chef would impart the knowledge passed down to them by their mentors. It wasn’t until much later in life that he would try his first bite of Indian food. He began learning under an Indian home cook and went on to study with food archeologists and historians from across India.
Keith is the co-host of the More Than Masala Podcast as well as the chef owner of Aatma Restaurant & The Farmers Dinner.

39:07 mazgaon is the area you were in i think. I love dmart! My favourite place to shop when I’m in india, they have everything you could want. It’s always the last place i shop before i leave so i can load my suitcase with groceries and household items to bring back to Australia

I've seen lots of food shows, but yours is on another level. As an Indian, I really admire how you've portrayed our culture and food-it's just amazing. I'm feeling really emotional and can't quite put it into words. Your show has made me realize how food can really change our outlook on life. You are very humble man & that stands you out from others
Thanks for your incredible work! i love you man..Come back soon.

Also thank you so much for keeping your videos raw without any bgm that's like icing on the cake.

Hey Keith : Got an opportunity to watch you video once again on the magical experience you had in Mumbai, India and the plethora of dishes you tries out. I was in fact making a list of some of the delicacies you tried out to ensure I visit these rat hole of places to try out such delicacies.
Thanks for sharing. Wishing you the best in your quest to learn and try out the large variety of savouries, sweets and roadside eats India has to offer.

Hi Keith. There is so much content on YT but yours was so special. It came from a place of love. It came from a place of emotions. I love how you tried everything and how you talked about people and your friends in India. Loved the food tour! This made me cry for two reasons. I'm in UK right now and I miss Indian food. I struggle to explain people here that what we eat in UK isn't the Indian food I want😅 and another reason is how humble both you and BJ were. You guys are amazing and I hope you travel around India and try more food, meet more people. All the best! Subscribing you!
