BBangsang is from an SK meme - it basically means "jibberish" - so folks talkin nonsense. "Ass out the trunk" I believe is referring to freeloaders who are "along for the ride" and not real friends or there for all the wrong reasons. I do not believe it is a "korean phrase". "Walk like a duck" from the saying "if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it is a duck" - so when people show you their true colors - believe them thats who/what they are. RM grew up w/hip hop. BTS was originally a rap/idol group in SK. He's been rapping since he was 13. He considers himself a poet, and got into RAP because "Rhythm And Poetry".
Thank you for explaining bbangsang 💜
Exactly!!!!
He is the Philosopher who can rap!
Thanks for explaining, I didn't know this too
Thank you for this!!!
"...this is underground hip hop... is he from BTS"
ARMY: Yes sir. He started in underground hip hop before becoming the leader of BTS. Originally BTS was supposed to be a hip hop group but they changed it to an idol group (however they continue to have hip hop songs in their repertoire)
Advice from ARMY: leave all your misconceptions about the music industry when you react/learn about BTS. Believe me when i say that this is JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG.
PS. Please react to the BTS GUIDE BANGTAN SEVEN by Taylor Mari.
BORAHAE

People don't know that pop is like just 20% of BTS's discography, the rest is all over the place, but hip-hop is their base, how they started, and they still do hip-hop to this day, rm was an underground rapper before BTS lol as well as another member called Suga
RM was an underground rapper in korea before he started as a member of BTS. There are 3 rappers in BTS (RM, Suga, &Jhope)
That’s my man RM. He’s hip hop. You’re right. That’s his roots.
Underground rap is RM's roots. RM and Suga, both. They were underground rappers before they were BTS members. He used to go by Runch Randa and there were a bunch of grown men who were terrified of getting dissed by 15 year old RM. But he's also never been afraid to experiment with music. Rap, Hip-Hop, Rock, R&B, Alternative, Experimental- he's very at home in all of them. I really recommend all his work. His mixtapes, RM and Mono, as well as his solo albums Indigo and Right Place, Wrong Person. He even did a collab with Wale back in the day called Change. It's one of my personal favorites, I've got a great deal of respect for Wale and it was great to see the mutual respect both artists had for each other.
I would also say Jhope is from the underground too just in a different way. She is underground with dancing which is also part of the hip pop culture
Ok. So yes, this guys IS from BTS. Not only is he FROM BTS, he’s literally the beginning of BTS. The group was formed around him, he’s the LEADER of BTS. Each member of BTS is unbelievably talented. I didn’t know who they were until I heard “Dynamite” on American radio in 2021. I saw your reaction to “Standing Next To You” by Jungkook f/ Usher. Just note, his former songs are under his old name Rap Monster before he changed it to RM. If you love hip hop/ r&b, these songs by RM are a MUST for you to react to:
P.D.D. By Rap Monster f/ Warren G
Monster By RM
Rush by RM f/ Krizz Kaliko
Change by RM f/ Wale
Moonchild by RM
Closer by RM f/ Paul Blanco, Mahalia
Awakening by RM
Do You by RM
These are the ones I can think of off the top of my head that I would recommend outside of the usual recommendations you’ll see. Looking forward to these reactions!
RM is the leader of BTS. He was an underground rapper at 13 years old. You will love him. BTS began as a hip hop idol group. Just start at the beginning. Watch the guide to BTS by Taylor Mari!!!! It will give you a great overview and then you can decide where you want to dive into next. You will end up loving all seven members I guarantee. As for ‘ get your ass out the trunk’ probably only Namjoon (RM) knows. He is fluent in Korean & English and is great at mixing the two. His brilliant English lyrics are what I call “Joonglish”🤣 he really comes up with unique phrases and idioms sometimes.
Great comment!🙂 I like your new "word". Very clever.🙂 If I suddenly see it somewhere else, I'll know they copied from you!.😉 Borahae!💜
@@bdfhvxz I appreciate it!🫰💜🫶
Ass out the trunk, means people who ride on other people's success ( in his case people who hate him to get clout)
Speaking of West Coast, Warren G and Coolio have mentored BTS in LA about 10 years ago. Even so, RM was already an underground rapper pre-BTS. Supposedly he was kind of a legend back then, because even Suga (who was also from the underground from his hometown) has even heard of RM before he met him. There’s a song by a fellow underground rapper dissing another rapper in his verse saying something like he got served/beaten by a 14 yr old Runch (which was RM, old rap name was Runch Randa). I recommend his albums, and this new one is sick. Suga (also known as Agust D) is also sick. I recommend watching the A Guide to BTS Members: The Bangtan 7 (by Taylor Mari).
That is our president! 💜 Rm - Kim Namjoon. the leader of BTS!
This not what you could call RM of BTS. This is RM at his roots. It is very much worth it to listen to RM and Jimin discussing the album and how important it was to RM to let himself and his inner demons out.
'ass out of the trunk' freeloaders catching a ride.
RM in his talk with Jimin specifically mentions Balming Tiger. They are also worth a listen.
“Nuts” is one of the top tracks. There’s a live he just dropped for it. Man please do the whole album. Hip hop heads need to wake up, the production is wild!
And I’ve been taking the chant as “get off my coat tails”.
You should definitely check out "Joke" by RM
The whole album is incredible!
One thing that used to really push me away from K-pop and assumptions i had as a by-product about BTS was some cases of really problematic cultural appropriation, taking a lot of the Black esthetic but disregarding the culture.
What changed my mind about BTS specifically is that they are real students of hip hop, respect the culture and shoutout and include people, paying fornthe samples theybuse (which is even less common in the kpop industry)! And we're not talking about drake or lil uzi whatever.. for me it was their track "hip hop lover" the names they shouted out shocked me!! (Rakeem, CL Smooth??!), Rm's features with Waaren G or Wale etc... The rappers of BTS are real students of hip hop!
I love Hip Hop Lover!
I'm a hip-hop head too and the BTS rap line are just amazing. BTS started as a hip-hop group. They cover all genres and the rappers RM and Suga were underground rappers before joining BTS. They're legit and their lyricism and flows are unmatched. I recommend you check out Suga's song "Agust D" next. Suga reminds me so much of a younger Eminem in terms of life story, raw authentic lyricism, and delivery.
Our fearless leader and the central musical pillar of BTS. He’s got 225 song writing credits. His roots are underground rap and he really gets funky and experimental this album. It’s sooo good authentic music.
BTS started out as a hip hop group back in 2013, with 3 rappers (RM, Suga, & J-Hope) and 4 vocalists (Jin, Jimin, V, & Jungkook). These guys were inspired by many of the legends in hip hop. You absolutely need to check out their song "Hip Hop Phile/Lover."
th-cam.com/video/a_3KCRAYAFQ/w-d-xo.htmlsi=0LCZ9LpPFXeUMbHh
They wrote this song 10 years ago and it is basically BTS paying homage to the Hip Hop Legends of our time that inspired them. Definitely watch the live concert performance version. It's a hidden gem💎. I'm a 60 yr old grandma, and I have never seen a group this talented before. And trust me, I've been to 100+ concerts in the last 40+ years, from Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, Michael and Janet Jackson, Boyz II Men, Usher, Justin Timberlake, and so so many in between, in every genre. BTS is hands down the BEST concert I haver EVER been to! BTS, as a group or doing their own solo projects have broken so many Guinness World records, it's insane. They definitely are NOT the assumed bubblegum teeney bopper boy group at all. Enjoy the journey 💜
Yes, he's from BTS- The Leader. He loves Hip Hop and loves to rap. Check out "Born Singer" by BTS. You'' love the respect they pay to the OGs.
RM s music is beyond the K-pop ,check the lost!!
my english is not that good, but i want to give a little instruction about rm, he is the first member to join bts, before joining the group he was from underground rap there in korea his name was runch randa, bts was supposed to be a hiphop group so much so that three members came from the underground scene, besides rm, suga and jhope also came from the hiphop scene, rm has always stood out for his lyrics, his new album "right place, wrong person" he said was a truth about him that was trapped and he wanted to show it to his fans, the thing I like most about his songs is how he plays with words
You should react to their song “Hip Hop Lover”, where they pay homage to the ones who inspired them. Live version from 2015 or 2017 are both fire. They have so many good hip hop songs though and like somebody said you have only seen the tip of the BTS-iceberg. RM’s new album “Right place, wrong person” is so freaking lit!! Album of the year for me for sure!! You should react to the whole album start to finish. It’s a masterpiece and will both surprise and delight you for sure. 💜
4:01 yes 7:40 8:05 "Ass of the trunk" is a nice way of saying "Stop free riding from our success B*tch!" He's probably referring that to the haters, fake friends, the k media, kpop Industry, or even South Korean Government
Afterall, he specifically said "I'm not a f*cking diplomat"
Only those who knows knows
BBangsang is a meme from SK! So basically a lady came on TV claiming that she can talk to aliens so the person interviewing her asked her to say something and she said "Bangsang" meaning "Hello human" in alien language lmao. So he's basically greeting the haters/bastards in alien language mocking them talking shit
He was a underground rapper... he started like that... His og underground rap name was runchranda... Then his stage name was rap monster... Then changed to RM ... His og background from hiphop ...
Yes, RM is the leader of BTS. Before BTS, RM was an underground rapper. In case you didn't know, RM stands for Rap Monster. He is an amazing rapper who writes incredible lyrics!
Slight correction: his name used to mean Rap Monster but he didn’t really like the name so he basically changed the name to Real Me.
Kim Namjoon is taking everything inside him and building such a unique genre. He's from BTS. "Army: Yes, sir. He started in hip hop underground before becoming the BTS leader. Originally, BTS should be a hip hop group, but they moved to an idol group (however, They continue to have hip hop songs in their repertoire) "outside the trunk" are referring to profiteers who are "together for the ride" and are not real friends or are there for the wrong reasons this album is really giving vibrations of “I am doing what I want” and I am totally in favor of how he has become increasingly honest over the years. Although they are required to act in a certain way to feed the illusions of others, only the really brave Refuse. They can support hatred and move on and still be themselves.
RM is main rapper of BTS, he was an underground rapper before joining the group.😊
Yes!! He is the leader of BTS and released an album this week "Right place wrong person". If you can, it would be cool to take a look at BTS's discography (solo and group) they are very good. RM is a rapper along with Suga/Agust D and J-hope. Thank you for reacting, I loved your video 👊🔥
That bass guitar… and the drums… freaking awesome!
thanks for the reaction! RM is a incredible and versatile artist.
Thats so cool, namjoon was a fan of west side hip hop as a teen, mentioned it in one of bts' old songs
He is amazing, a real artist.
He used to be an underground rapper
And now he’s the main rapper and the leader of his group
Writing almost all his group tracks 👏🏾👏🏾 a great soloist too
and he’s my favorite K-rapper
and he’s the best too 👏🏾👏🏾
You need to watch RM, AgustD (aka Suga) and J-hope. All 3 are the from the rap line of BTS. Between their cyphers together and each has their own individual songs.
Yes this man RM is the central pillar of bts. Let me give you a little bts history.
BTS is half a hiphop group with their 3 rappers.
BTS originally had only rappers in 2011 and RM JHOPE and SUGA were some of the og members who stayed back even after the ideas for bts changed and they decided to bring in vocalists to make it a partial idol group. (you already know jungkook. He was a 13 year old kid who saw RM rapping on the internet and said 'he is so cool, i want to join that company.')
The 3 rappers are the primary songwriters for BTS.
RM and suga come from the underground rap scene. Both of them used to be part of Hiphop crews in their hometowns. JHOPE was a hiphop street dance who was part of a street dance crew.
Jhope started rapping after he moved in with the other two and he used to watch them do freestyle rap battles in their tiny dorm and join in.
Thats how he picked up rap.
BTS has tons of hiphop music. There is a song called 'hiphop phile' where they talk about their influences.
After 2022 all the 7 members of bts decided to debut with solo albums right before going into their mandatory military service.
RM initially made an indie pop album called Indigo for his debut (its actually genreless.)
This is his second album after debut. Right place Wrong Person is Alt hiphop rock. The whole album is fire.
None of the bts members have similar music. They all do different genres.
Even the 3 rappers are so different from one another. Suga/agustd is a producer and he produces his own beats. He debuted with D-day
Jhope makes old school hiphop. He debuted with 'Jack in the Box'.
RM also has two mixtapes called RM 2015 And MONO 2018.
I hope you check out full albums from RM and bts..
Without listening to albums you can't really say you know them. They make incredible diverse music.
Bangsang means alien gibberish; "Get your ass outa trunk" means Quit trying to ride on my coattails, RM is a genius, for real, IQ 148. He is the main songwriter for BTS, along with Suga, another rapper from the underground and also a genius. I became a fan because of the performance and the lyrics. No one touches them.
Yes RM is the leader of BTS and Jung kook joined BTS because of RM. (RM comes from world of underground rappin')
Kim Namjoon aka RM is the leader of BTS. He started doing rap during his teenage era. now he's 30 years old. BTS was planned to be hip hop idol in Korea, but changed the original plan. However BTS's songs also full of hip hop genre! you should check their songs (especially their individual albums). Namjoon has 4 albums in total : RM, Mono, Indigo and Right Place Wrong Person. Welcome to Boraland!
"Change" RM and Wale collaboration 2017. Yes, there is a music video. It is under TH-cam channel "Hybe Labels"
RM and Suga cut their baby teeth on old school American hiphop. Suga's solo work is under pseudonym AgustD.
J-Hope (the 3rd rapper in BTS) learned rapping from RM and Suga when they were all trainees at the agency.
All 3 have uniquely different styles.
I really love the BTS rapline, like thhey rap-rap 😂 They are great as a groip and individually. Suggest you check out their old stuff for starters:
- BTS Cyphers 1,2,3,4
- RM - Joke
- Suga aka August D: August D
-Jhope:More, Arson (not old old but I like these)
If you want to see how different these 7 Dudes from BTS are:
- Jin: The Astronaut
-RM: Wildflower
-Suga/Agust D: the trilogy - Dachwita, Haegeum and Amygdala
-Jhope: Hope on the Street
- Jimin: Set me free
- V: Friends, Slow Dancing
- Jungkook: you already know 😂 I lile Standing next to you, Seven
namjoon is an incredible artist, hiphop is in his roots. you should listen to hip-hop lover btw, all the members are in the song, i think you'd enjoy that one
idk how you were watching a bts member and werent told to watch bts stuff or other members but bts has 3 rappers and 4 singers. theyve ALWAYS done hip hop even as a group. go deeper into them.
Love RM check out Joke, Do You, his Album Mono and there’s a BTS song called Hip Hop Lover
The MV was filmed in the UK. You'll love the latest track he's just bought out which is 'Nut's he goes hard again on that one. The whole album 'Right Place, Wrong Person' is brilliant. RM cut it before he started his military service and scheduled it to come out now while he's doing his military service.
BTS started out as a hip hop group so it’s real deep rooted in their music 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜. RM is the leader but my Gawd, all of them are soooo talented!
The history (and present and future) of BTS is SO much more interesting than people think from the outside. As other people mentioned they were originally going to be a hip hop group and some of the members were underground rappers. They came up from very little, all sharing a tiny bedroom, with a nearly-bankrupt label that had less than 10 employees... the rise has been crazy to witness!!! And musically speaking they have plenty of pop hits, but they're seriously diverse. There's so much gold when you dig into their catalogue.
He is spitting it all out, in a very good way. The whole album is a masterpiece, and RM is a master. Love him too, explore more..like Nuts.. or the Rapline in BTS, like Daeng👌
When you said Pharcyde I was like “yessss!”, that’s 100% what it sounds like. So good!
BTS is an entire Encyclopeida of music and content. RM's dictography is phenomenal going all the way back.
A true lyricist and melody producer, he's the youngest person with the most prolific copywrite catalog in SK. Over 240+ songs.
Suga, and JHope are the other two rappers. They each have their own styles.
Watch the interview with Jimin and RM. The topic is the album.
There are 7 unique styles of music. Discoverning the solo music is another rabbit hole that leads to an entire warren. It's fun to watch your reactions :).
Me alegra ver que personas que conocen y aman al género aprecien el talento de Namjoon... Gracias por tu reacción
His album is a masterpiece!! Please check out his album rpwp, his mixtape, Mono album and Indigo!! He's sooooo talented!!
Glad you recognize the Iconic Hip Hop. Feels good to hear it again. (Ass out of trunk) are those people who are with you to ride your coat tails.
Before BTS, he was an underground rapper known as Runch Randa. In 2007, as a first-year middle school student (13 yo), RM began rapping in local amateur hip-hop circles. He then joined a hip hop crew with 10 underground rappers, called Daenamhyup Crew.
Yes! He is the leader of BTS. Pls check his liveclip NUTS too. Oh don't forget about Lost. Thanks
Thank you so much for reacting!! Some of BTS members have underground hip hop background, one of them is RM. This new album by him is incredible!!!
The BTS rap line (RM, SUGA, J-HOPE) are the real deal. You have a lot of surprises waiting for you.
This is only the latest. These guys have been making music like this for eleven years now. Looking forward to seeing you discover all the goodness!
RM has 4 solo albums, RM, Mono, Indigo and the latest, RPWP, which this song is from. He (and all BTS members) also have singles and a ton of collabs on other artists' albums, plus solo songs on BTS albums. BTS has three phenomenal rappers, RM, Suga/AgustD and j-hope, who are all different and all also world class songwriters and producers and among the best rappers in the world. All 7 members of BTS are phenomenal soloists as well as magical in their fusion together and all are great songwriters too. RM is not only the leader of BTS, he was the first member signed by their label Big Hit, and the group was built around him and he helped select each member and guide their direction since pre-debut days. They are a hip hop group at their core. I see that you have reacted to UGH! and Hip Hop Phile, as well as some other BTS songs, but you are not familiar with what RM and the other rappers in BTS can do?
All I can say is, quit sleeping on BTS and dive in man! You are missing a lot of treasures.
Perfeitoooooooo
RM!!! It's great, it's a mix of clean sound and a lot of truth... keep listening to this album, you're fantastic
Groin 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Please do Domodachi next! The video is out and it's my personal fave from the album. The title is a play between two Japanese words: "domo" for thank you, and "tomodachi" for friends
Bts is not just kpop BTS is universal flexible singers name the genre and they can gonna drop it
RM is the leader of BTS. The previous CEO of the label BigHit Entertainment, now known as Hybe/Big Hit Music labels, Bang Si-Hyuk, aka Bang Pd, liked RM so much that he made the group around him. Namjoon(RM'S real name), was an underground rapper since he was 13.He listened to many American rappers and his idol is Naz. This mv "groin" is from his latest solo album ("rpwp") "right place wrong person". Where he delves in his emotions from the time when BTS went on a break on mid 2022, to start joining their mandatory military service. All men in South Korea are required to do so by the age of 30. Jin, the oldest member of BTS, just completed his service and got discharged this past June 12.And on the 13, he made some performances for Army, their fandom, to celebrate FESTA, BTS 's anniversary. This one was their 11 Anniversary. He performed 3 of his solo songs and hugged 1,000 Armys for free😭 So back to RM, he is a genius with an IQ of 148. Has 2 mistakes and 2 solo albums. All of BTS members have solo albums. They each have a solo song in some of their group albums. They are very diverse and make all types of genres. The group has 3 rappers and 4 vocalists. RM being the main rapper. In 2025, when all of the members are done with their military service, they will be back together as a group. As for "get yo ass out the trunk", he is talking to his haters. He gets too much hate and BTS do as well. And bbansang, I think he means crazy in this particular song. He is amazing with wordplay so on many of his songs it goes over our heads. He has wild rap songs, also deeper calmer songs. Very versatile artist. I love him and BTS and sorry for the essay. Lol
Sorry for the typos it's not letting me correct them
Army from London is excited about this song, as it is the sound/beat that is popular at the moment
You might want to check all their members solo work -
Jhope - more, on the street, lock unlock, neuron
Suga - haegeum, daechwita, snooze
Jin- the astronaut, epiphany
Jimin - set me free, like crazy, serendipity
V- love me again, friends, rainy days
Jk- standing next to you, 3d, seven
Huda, we talked about this, BTS began as a hip hop group. The first 2 selected were RM & Suga: two raw, young underground rap stars. Next came the b-boy turned rapper J-hope and then 2 vocalist, Jin and Jungkook,- who was also being trained to rap. Finally Jimin was to be another dancer and Tae as an additional vocalist. The rappers were to be the primary songwriters for any music the group chose to produce. I view RM - as a wordsmith, who will hit you with his genius IQ day and night. Suga is aggressive in his use of clever wordplay and he's a top-tier producer. J-hope is a melodic rap master, pop/b-bounce/catchy. When you add in the other elements; JK's all purpose skills and the vocalization of Jin, Jimin & Tae, you get all hits, no miss. My faves be RM & Suga, but I won't choose between them, since I don't have to. Now that RM is the new contestant I'll make these suggestions: Indigo (album), Joke, Do You, Persona, Seoul, Change (w/Wale), and Expensive Girl to throw you totally for a loop. Enjoy.
I gotta recommend "A guide to BTS" by Taylor Mari..... BTS has so much music spanning their 11 years together as a group and solo, including so many genres.....it gets a little overwhelming.
RM started as an undergound rapper. I love his first mixtape titled 'RM'. You should check that out sometime.
Rm é um ícone do Rap
bts has actually three rapper members! two of them used to be underground rappers. you can find their works under the names of rm, jhope and agust d. they’re honestly very good i wish more hip hop fans could give their music a try
Yes He is a líder
This is RM's wheelhouse 😉
RM 🥹🔥💜
Im ready for you to explore more of RM and BTS.
Because of your recommendation of Boogie Monsters I went over to listen to their music, and its chef's kiss. They are going on the playlist.
And can I recommend to you to check out another Korean group known as Balming Tiger, RM's new album was done in partnership with some of the Members of the group, and you can tell he drew some inspiration from the free spirited way they create their art.
BTS debuted as a Hip Hop Idol Group in 2013. RM started writing poetry as young boy, and he found hip hop and started rapping as a young teen. He signed with Big Hit music to lead a rap hip hop group, and the project changed to a Hip Hop IDOL group. (adding dance and vocals to the group), but they were pure Hip Hop and RnB. The whole group studied Hip Hop and they stay true to it, but are not afraid to try new genres. They are known to cross and fuse many genre's. All the members can rap, dance, and sing, but there are three rappers, and 4 vocalists. RM, and SUGA are both from underground rap, and J-hope is the third rapper that came from street dance. The rap line are the main songwriters of the group, but all members contribute to songwriting, composing, and producing. All the members have solo projects as well.
RM has many collaborations and singles as a solo artists, and he also has 2 mixtapes [RM (2015), and MONO (2018)], and he has now two albums [INDIGO (2022), and Right Place, Wrong Person (2024)] Another thing to note, your favorite member Jungkook started out rapping in the group, so he is skilled in that area as well, and he is now the 4th member that is a a full member of KOMCA, The Korean Music Copyright Association. (Along with RM, SUGA, and J-HOPE), and the rest of the members are associate members. All the members are highly talented and just genuine guys.
I love ❤️ 😍 💖 your explanation
BTS ARMY BANGPD FOREVER
bangtan style... hip-hop!
Thanks for your reaction..When i say bts is their own genre i mean it all of them are so different from eachother, hope you checkout their solo discography starting with rm's new release right place wrong person album
Os meninos do BTS são incrivelmente talentosos, tanto como um grupo e como solo... Amoooo o BTS 💜 todos os 7, eles são incríveis 💜
Okay so being baby army you first you need to watch the Bangtan 7 Taylor guide this is a RM he is the leader of the biggest group in the world bts. that comes with so much pressure!
For cyears he's been composed and gracious while facing so many false accusations & just really unheard of hate he told us to don't react be the bigger person! He has always bitten his tongue for so long to represent BTS as their leader in a way that is put together smart and and proper as the representative of Korea. All the while this is a man who has had to deal with questions about why they haven't gone to the military although it wasn't his choice to stay for that long it was the government using them and now he has people trying to start rumors in the media to take them down while they're away serving their country. He has had enough finally!! after all this time he has had enough of being qquiet and doing what he's supposed to do that he and the rest of BTS are saying this is what's true we are going to say what we want to say now when they returned it's going to be epic! Actually this isn't out of BTS character one thing you have to know is when it comes to be the BTS expect the unexpected
Apparently that Korean word bbangsang has two meanings is the Korean meme a Buddhist concept that basically means he's that basically means the Buddhist is going to plant it's trees and flowers and other foliage as a difference to block out negativity. Which if you know him that completely makes sense because he is a poet and literal genius ( 148 IQ)
Btw the visual effects are not made in post, they used a mirror in front of the camera to create those double angled shots
I loved your reaction!! discover the rest of Namjoon's album and then some songs from BTS' Rap line. J-Hope and August-d. I know you'll like the vibe and the lyrics.
namjoon and yoongi as well started out as underground rappers when they were just 13.
people make the common mistake and misjudge them cause they're technically "idols" and members of a " boygroup".
especially in south korea, he's extremely respected by the general public for his manners, demeanor, intelligence and being a great leader (source: korean friends)
The first thing I heard from BTS, I thought they were “rappers” in name only. And then I started diving into their discography. I figured out pretty fast that they’re the real deal. I was, quite honestly, shocked. I had several moments of wait, who tf are these guys????? I’m glad you liked! I enjoyed your comparisons to other groups too - I’m going to need to check them out.
Please react to the whole album. You will love what he did with the album. It is a musical feast
You would probably be intrigued by his old mixtapes
5:37 ppangsang 빵상 (bbangsang) It means "he who earns bread" or "he who puts bread on the table", he who earns money for the family...
what an incredible video !!!
RM is originally on Hip Hop before becoming an idol
RM comes from the underground
RM is for real from BTS. There’s a vocal line (4 members) and a rap line (3 members: RM, Suga, and J-Hope). RM just dropped a new solo album called Right Place, Wrong Person. Please react to it. And then check out Suga’s new solo album D-Day. He uses another name Agust D for his hard-hitting solo music. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by what these three rappers can do, alone or together. (I prefer their rap songs over what’s coming out of the American hip-hop scene today.)
I love the meme videos in the editing. Its so funny. 😂
BTS Outro Tear Live is something you should check out and the BTS Cyphers
Really appreciate the honest reaction, if you could help spread his work around to audiences you think would like this genre of music it would be nice. Since he’s a Korean artist the industry groups him with “K-pop” and most audiences who would appreciate his music are turned away from it bc of it, it’s up to fans to help promote him to the suitable audiences.
Please react his first mixtape called 'RM' (2015 )
Namjoom is such a genius! (literally), can´t wait for you to react to the other BTS rappers, go quick search Suga and J-Hope you wont regret
