Laughing is it's own language. Have you noticed that young girls laugh at anything. And nothing. They just laugh. They laugh for the sake of laughing. I used to be bullied in grade school. I think now the kids were just trying to get me to interact with them, but I was super quiet. I had ears that stuck out and buck teeth. Luckily my dad was a doctor and I could get plastic surgery on my ears and braces. Then, in high school some kind of mysterious magic happened and I became pretty. I got all this weird attention that I didn't know what to do with. Boys said things I didn't know what it meant, girls acted jealous. It felt as bad as the bullying because I didn't know my part to play. They were throwing the ball to me and I wasn't catching. I didn't know I was pretty, and no one told me. Later on, in college, I started modeling. But it never sank in. Inside I was always the awkward, ugly kid. Now I'm older, and I got ill, and I have to interact a new way. Recently, I had the chance for plastic surgery again after another surgery and turned it down. I don't care if I look different anymore. Because I've spent 29 years caring for and being friends with the most interesting and amazing disabled people. For anxiety, try taking magnesium. For focus, take B6. For brain fog, try n,n dimethyl glycine, (DMG).

VP I know exactly how you feel! I went through the same problems at 14 on. But, mine was weight. I started my over-weight journey from 14. I tried covering up with long shirts, thinking they hid my fat. Lol. Now I'm old, and I feel like people are talking behind my back and making fun of me, for whatever reason. I believe, I'm a wierdo and no one likes me. Then, I have people tell me what a nice person I am, how pretty I am, ect. All the time, I'm thinking the opposite. It's crazy how our minds can do that to you. LOl. By the way, I really look forward to your videos, so I hope you stick around. Peace.
