I went travelling for nearly 3 years. When I saw the footage of the plain lifting off I got reminded so much of that time when I went back, sitting on the plane, looking outside but you really just see everything you've experienced. And how it all passed by so quickly... Maybe you held it together but I had to cry just watching your video. The journey never ends, good luck :)

I spent 2 years in Europe, when I came back to Brazil, my cat, which is a siamese and looks like yours, didn't recognize me. He kept distant for a couple of weeks. Cats need some time to adapt to changes. When I left, my parents told me he started behaving weirdly, going inside the couch or the closet. Cats love routine, so when you change something they don't behave normally, it takes some time for them to adapt to the new routine.

I’m living since 8 years in another County, don’t see my family since 5 years! I have another year to go before I can visit them. This video moved my heart ! I can think the joy that I’ll have when I finally get there to know my 2 years old niece, hug my brothers and sisters and my parents!

Triple H sounds like my boy! After he ate and allowed you to rub him for a certain amount of time he would saunter over to the front door quietly(if I was asleep he would scream) sitting until you opened it.when it was time to come in he would sit at the door when opened and look away until you picked him up and carried him in! He was something else❤️ sadly he died of cancer this past summer.

This sweet feel good adventure video made me well up with tears. Dogs and cats have no real concept of time. Walk outside to get the mail and a dog thinks you've been gone for days, take an 18 month trek across the globe and your cat thinks he just saw you on the toilet. Kids are like that too. If they're excited to see you, it's usually because they didn't know if you would ever come back. Taking your presence for granted is proof they trust you to always be there for them.
I don't know if you were crying when you saw your mom but I sure fought a tear. If you had a dog you'd still be on the floor fighting him off. And now the tundra journey begins.
You know what they say. Dogs have owners, cats have staff. The cat was so happy that the "helper" finally got back from his vacation. That said I still prefer cats as they have independence, dogs are too needy and can not take care of themselves.

I tend to think places like Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland, (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Prince Edward Island also, as far as I know...), the Yukon and NW Territories are more on the conservative, traditional, etc. side. Definitely traditional, and the breadbasket of Canada HAS to be more conservative than the rest of the country... Obviously, BC, Ontario and Quebec are different. (I wouldn't really know firsthand with Eastern Canada though, that's a VP question.) The first two provinces are almost like more USA-BC is like Oregon/Washington (Vancouver/Victoria)-the rest of the province is "kind of" more Washington/Oregon-the rural, less yuppie/hippie/liberal aspect at least, and Ontario is more Great Lakes and NE USA... Kind of... I suspect that PC thing is just a "we're not redneck USA" thinking... You don't have to go full Texan or "The Sowth wihyl riihs agayyn!" mob mentality with guns and God/the biiiible, for Canada to be anti-pc, you just have to get more church-going, traditional, "don't tell me what to do/say", country and mountain man folk in office, etc. Same thing in the USA... I tend to think places like Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Newfoundland, (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia or Prince Edward Island also, as far as I know...), the Yukon and NW Territories are more on the conservative, traditional, etc. side. Definitely traditional, and the breadbasket of Canada HAS to be more conservative than the rest of the country...
Obviously, BC, Ontario and Quebec are different. (I wouldn't really know firsthand with Eastern Canada though, that's a VP question.) The first two provinces are almost like more USA-BC is like Oregon/Washington (Vancouver/Victoria)-the rest of the province is "kind of" more Washington/Oregon-the rural, less yuppie/hippie/liberal aspect at least, and Ontario is more Great Lakes and NE USA... Kind of...
I suspect that PC thing is just a "we're not redneck USA" thinking... You don't have to go full Texan or "The Sowth wihyl riihs agayyn!" mob mentality with guns and God/the biiiible, for Canada to be anti-pc, you just have to get more church-going, traditional, "don't tell me what to do/say", country and mountain man folk in office, etc. Same thing in the USA... Aka, the HELL with establishment liberalism...
