This is a Big Boy !!
Big foyer, kitchen, frig, butler pantry, laundry room, coat closet. I love how big and open it is. The outside kitchen/patio, lots of storage, builtins. The large rec room, lighting, space under the stairs, additional laundry room upstairs a bonus. The office I would leave as is, and turn one of the bedrooms into a craft room.
I would add a pot filer. Remove turf on balcony, I don't like the tile in main bathroom. But all in all it's a beautiful home.
    Tfs

I absolutely really love this place. My favorite parts are the butler pantry, the master bedroom and ensuite, back deck, 2 laundry rooms, the one bedroom with the balcony, all the built-ins even the closets.

There's a surprising amount of money there, plus folks who transfer there from the Northeast, Florida, and California for tech and biotech jobs in particular are often bringing proceeds from their former houses with them. This home has Many Hits and misses and for me the misses outway the Hits. Quality wise I think this builder does a very good job giving you a quality built and fitted home so that is not a problem, just this model as shown including the exterior elevation just not for me.

Love the big foyer and coat closet! The office would have to be the “bill paying office” 🤣 I’m surprised there is no pot filler above the range! Loved the pantry. Loved the back porch with the screens. I still think I’d like to have a sunroom also, with all windows, with an electric FP that we could use in the winter. Loved the built ins next to the fire place in the LR. Don’t like the tv above the FP. So where would you put it? You would have to wall off that one doorway out of the LR near the stairs and move the sofas to face the tv. The stairwell area is cool. I would put a puzzle table there. I was doing the kitchen island cabinets on both sides before it was a thing. I had an L shaped kitchen. A peninsula that came off the wall where the main cabinets and sink were. There was wasted space in the corner. When my now ex was redoing it I made sure he put a cabinet there with a door facing the stools. He became a contractor and did that in every house that needed more storage! Not a fan of those stools. I like stools with a back and comfy cushioned-ness. I like having a large table next to the kitchen or in the kitchen but I still want an actual formal dining room with glass doors. It has to be huge for a big table like the one they have here. We are crafters so that table out in the open would be awesome as my daily table. We could eat on half and craft on the other. Lol I’m not a fan of the master downstairs and kids upstairs. What do you do, have baby monitors for all your kids so you can hear them if they need you? lol when they design like this it seems they are designing for families with older kids. I’d be afraid of littles falling down the steps trying to get to parents in the middle of the night. My husband can sleep through almost anything. He slept through me in the tub YELLING for him to let the dog out of the bathroom because he was too hot in there. My daughter heard me. ((Our bathroom is in the back of the house behind the main bath. Her bedroom is in the front of the house. She came into our bedroom, took the dog and complained I woke her up. He was in the bed zzzzzz ing and never heard her walk by the foot of the bed or complain. 😂))
A built in desk on the bedrooms is ok but what if you wanna move things around? You can never put a bed there. It’s always gotta be the desk. Cool house though. But of course it’s about 2.85 million above my price range. 🤣🤣🤣

Game room because I have all boys, movie room because we love movies, home gym because I have already lost over 100lbs and want to drop some more and tone up and then perhaps a special kid free zone or just another guest room. Boundless opportunity here

The placement of the dining area made me think that they forgot to put in a dining room/area, & once it was mostly built they just stuck a table where it would sort of fit & then threw the balance of the room completely off by going to close to where the couch would be.

I love the open foyer and the fact that they split the stairs. When you get older it is harder to climb the stairs. You need lots of room when you are moving in your furniture; so the extra wide foyer comes in very handy.
