Should be at least as legal as any bike. Damn I'd like one here in Montreal. Bike commuting is awesome, but in the winter when I drive it takes me 3 times longer than on a bike. A 4-wheel bike takes care of (most of) the slippery ice issues..

A brilliant device, shame the oil companies crush any innovative ideas like this in favour of their profits. This is the best transport idea I've seen in ages for short distances, keeping dry and fit in the process. Given the right backing and price bracket this could sell by the millions. Thanks for sharing your skills with us, I'd love to buy one please 👍

Well, to be fair the donuts were on ice... A bit more friction would be needed for something to tip over. Not saying I'm not impressed, just hoping it isn't a problem!
The advantage of four wheels is precisely that it is steady though it is quite narrow.

+xxxx85 the other thing is if you look at it he has the seat as low on the thing as you can get meaning that your body weight would act as the counter balance also it apeirs to be made of mostly aluminum and canvise on the top so I higly doute it flips easily
+xxxx85 I think it might be easy to roll if you go full speed and then do a u turn. But i think the point of gravity (mass) is realy low so i dont think it will tip.
Most of the time I think stuff like this is corny, but for some reason this looks really damn cool. I'd get one.

Chris Power wheels have heat and are street legal now???? wow! Didn't know that!
They state on the website that four-wheeled bikes are not legal in the USA, so perhaps they will work on a version with 3 wheels later.
Edit: Motorized four-wheeled bikes are not legal. Without a motor, it's OK.
