I'm quite surprised that for 30 bucks it even got off the ground! But as a toy, I don't feel it was a bad purchase, we should wait till it's not so windy and you have better weather conditions.
i bought the same drone. It does not like wind so write your address or phone number on it with a sharpie. It can be hard to find. That said, it is my fist drone and i am doing about the same as you with it, however, my nephew is 14 and he was flying it all around the yard with remarkable accuracy - he can keep it in the yard and go around objects etc - so it has a lot to do with your skill level. It flies for about 7 minutes. i ordered a 1200Mah battery for it to get about 15 minutes of fly time. It is a very good drone to learn on. i am having fun with it. For $30-40 i would say it was a GREAT purchase. I have crashed it about 10 times and it lost the propeller covers, it still flies just fine though so it is remarkably durable.
Not sure who the actual Chinese manufacturer of this is, but it is sold all over under a whole raft of re-brand labels. Eachine E58, DroneX, and notably as "This $1000 drone that the military don't want you to have - but we'll sell you 1 (or more!) for ONLY $100!" - in all the scam ads all over the internet! 🙄😉 For this price it's a fun little throwaway toy for new chums to get some stick time with before they go fly their brand new you-beaut $1,000+ DJI drone into the nearest tree or river! 😱😭😁
I just bought this for my nephew yet I'm having trouble with it operating. once the quick launch didn't work, tried recalibrating, then stopped functioning all together
I got this drone yesterday as a gift event from 1 of my local casinos here in Detroit and 1st thing i noticed was the included screwdriver has a cylinder rounded tip, whereas it appears it shouldve been a small phillips 😂 then when i went to download the app it said the app was made for an older version of android (s23 Ultra my phone) ... FIRST FLIGHT: my 1st attempt to fly the drone was a nightmare😅 within seconds of takeoff the drone immediately began drifting away from me and elevating higher until it crossed the road and landed on someones roof. Mind you it was 11pm at night so that was a fun conversation with homeowner after he came outside to inspect the signs since Santa already came this week lol I haven't attempted a 2nd flight yet but I'm sure it won't disappoint if anything like the 1st flight attempt
I just purchased this item, the power button doesn't turn off. Is anyone else having this problem? I mean, yeah (take the battery out), but I like to if this a wide defective issue.
How did you get the app to work? I have this same drone and the app won't connect on either iOS nor Android? I connected my phone to the wifi network of the drone but no luck. Is there a permissions thing for letting the app see devices on the wifi? Thanks for the great video!
I searched “$3.95 drone” because I’ve been getting TEMU ads for one at that ridiculous price. Scared of getting it thinking it will explode or be some Chinese government surveillance mapping project. I’ve ordered products from there before and most of them didn’t match the pictures.

I plan to play with it more when the weather is nice and it's not so windy! But yeah, fun toy for the price.
That is much nicer than my $12 drone. I wouldn't take my palm size unit outdoors in the wind.

The drone did better than I expected for $30! Great video!!
The wind is always blowing where I live now! But yeah, pretty fun little toy!
Honestly, I wouldn't fly it in the wind at all. I'd try to find a building such as a school gymnasium to learn how to handle it. Good luck with it!
I bought it with the 30% coupon too, so this video hopefully helps me set it up properly.

It does say on the box to not fly in on windy days.

Good for learning, but you'll want a GPS drone, eventually.
Keep practicing!!
Cool channel.

That gets you a battery, Ali Express uses the same come on.
Just be careful when flying Drones due to the FAA Regulations
Can you elaborate on the rules.
