We have stats for adjusting players' shooting % relative to Era since it is unfair to compare people playing in different times and rules. Baron Davis was slightly below average for his career in true shooting+ which means that he was around 5% true shooting lower than league average for his career. Which is comparable to AI or Westbrook's efficiency. Yea, Baron Davis was inefficient, but it wasnt anything historically bad.

He was gonna fill the role JKidd did in 2008 as the veteran leader. But when Billups tore his Achilles with the Knicks, he had to withdraw from the team.
