As her foalsitter I kind of would expect Cadance to know Twilight well and know how often Twilight takes on more than she can handle and be somewhat more forceful. It would have been nice to see Cadance actually balance those duties better as that would have given more weight to later on when she explains to Twilight how she does it.

Also Velvet never really apologized for not reading the fine print and she could have done a lot more to support her daughter. Could have easily been fixed if she thought she could use magic to just bring them back but acknowledge that it normally would bring the pony of shadows back or she thought it would bring him back but that the pillars working with them would have been easily enough to banish them without losing the pillars.
Heya FlamingShark. I don't know if this is the place to ask but I was wondering if you already watched Centaurworld or are planning to react to it? It's a pretty interesting show and Meghan McCarthy (the showrunner for S3 to S5 of MLP) did some work on it as well.
The only problem I have with episode 21 is the lack of continuity. They mention opening a Cutie Mark Day Camp and say it like they'd literally just thought of it when it was something they mentioned they were thinking of doing in an earlier episode of this season. The episode Fame and Misfortune to be exact, though I forget the episode number.
So the Cake twins are just 1 yesr old at this point? Assuming they weren't alive for a long time before they sneezed. But haven't a few years passed in the timeline since they were born? Even Flurry Heart should be at least a year or two old by now. Several years pass in the show, especially in later seasons. In season 8 alone, 9 months pass in the first 9 episodes (Fluttershy wins teacher of the month for the 9th time, in season 8 episode 9, and the school only opened in season 8). In a short, set BEFORE season 9, Fluttershy wins teacher of the month for the 17th month in a row. So about a year and a half passes from the start of Season 8 to the start of Season 9. Given the holidays and seasons shown, such as Hearthswarming episodes, several other years have passed even before season 8. So by the time the show ends, not even counting the time skip, the CMCs are definitely teenagers, and Flurry Heart is, what, like 5? So I'm pretty sure the Cake twins are a few years old at this point, since they're older than her. Also, I didn't even mention the fact that MONTHS canonically passed in this very same episode, so yeah, Flurry is probably like 6 by season 9 and the CMCs are like 16 xD
