I agree, she shouldn't stress about it but I was honestly concerned when I didn't see anything from her for almost 2 weeks, mostly because she's always so consistent with her uploads 😵💫 I kept wondering if it was just the chaos of the move or if something bad had happened. I'm so happy (and relieved) to see that she's doing ok 😊

I cleaned my closet out this weekend. My husbands and daughters, too! Felt so good to get rid of stuff. I manage a shelter for DV victims. Took all the clothing and jewelry and skincare to them. They loved it!! ❤ Hugs!
About Parker’s licking wounds. My border collie has done the same for years. What has worked for us is to soak the wound in warm water with Epsom salts for 3-5min (then rinse) for about 3 days. That helps to dry up and heal the wound and they leave it alone after. They will inevitably lick another spot so you just stay on top of it.
Your dad is so adorable !!! He needs his own channel 😂😂 what an awesome spot for the laundry for them !! You can change those doors yourself !! Very easy to do ..
can't wait to see the apartment when it's all done!! I moved from Canada to South Texas with just my suitcases of clothes in 2022 for almost 2 years while finishing school. It was fun to start fresh in a new apartment so I totally get that. I recently had to get rid of everything and move back home to Canada while I wait to see where I will be working. In June I'll be moving again and restarting with a whole new apartment! New chapters are fun. Enjoy

I'm digging your Dad's models!! The model Osprey aircraft your Dad has (depending on the version Marines vs Airforce) is the aircraft my husband was in prior to his retirement from the Airforce. It was also thr aircraft used in the filming of the very first Michael Bay transformer movie along with MH-53 Pav-Low helicopter. 😁 ✌️
Ok those bathroom remodels give me so much hope! I really want to redo my bathroom but it always seems so daunting (and expensive)! But I love that they completely redid them without really tearing down walls, and just changing the vanities and retiling, paint, etc. It makes a HUGE difference!

Taylor, if you have enough hardwood floors or laminate or just not carpet… The best home thing I ever bought was my floor steamer it’s a plug-in about the size of a wet jet. However the pads are re-washable and it sanitizes the floor with the steam, so you never need cleaner! I’ve never had floors so clean. I have the shark one that I got on Amazon the best purchase I ever made. It is a game changer. No more mopping no more cleaner fluid no more pads to buy !

I just moved last week, so these vlogs are great for me to watch while I’m organizing my new apartment too! Keeping me motivated to get everything done. It’s definitely hard to keep up with normal life as well as moving, but having a cute new place that feels like home is worth it.

The renovation looks so good - sidenote it‘s pretty easy to change the way the doors open on the washer (at least in germany). Your dad/mom should look into that. ❤

2 Things:
1) The BEST Antiperspirant & Deodorant combo you'll ever find is "Mitchum Advanced Invisible Unscented Roll On". Don't let the fact that it's a "roll on" deter you from trying it. It dries fast and it keeps you dry all day AND all night. You will have absolutely NO odor. You have to try it. I can't vouch for the stick or gel version but please just try the roll on. I dare you! 😋
2) I also use those vacuum sealable bags more specifically for my growing collection of bed linens My question is, Do you find that your clothing smells when you open the bag no matter how little or how long it's been sealed? If so, How do you prevent that stale smell on your sealed items when you open the bag? You haven't touched on that, if it is a problem or not.
As I mentioned, I keep all of my extra linens in the vacuum bags to free up space (I have 2 sets of mink sheets for the fall/winter and for the spring/summer, I have another 6 or 7 sets of sheets). Several of those sets are especially for the hotter summer months. That bedding is particularly to use to stay cool throughout those high temps.
PS, Now that you're back in the Northwest you'll want to have some mink sheets for the colder months. They're so soft.
I just bought some refrigerator shelves because of you. I've been trying to figure out how to make my coffee/tea station neater. This solved so many issues and it's a lot cheaper than counter shelves.
