Missed by 2.25 marks in ST category from Odisha. Sir last year they gave 3 wait-list and marks also of each but in the ST category it was written "No Candidates Qualified". Though there was option for No vacancy but it was written No Candidates Qualified. What does that mean? Is there any minimum marks to obtain? I'm confused whether to have faith in the waiting list or not.
