My right side on my mazda is super messy just like yours. I got in a small fender bender last year that cracked the front headlight assembly. Body shop replaced it with a new one and it still had a messy cutoff line. The only issue I've ever had with this car and it bugs the living crap out of me 😂
I have the same version as emil without automatic height adjustment, this version at least in Mexico is called i sport and it has projectors but with halogen bulbs in h7 measure, something that I observed is that the Projector on the passenger side almost in all the cars that I have seen the same model does not illuminate as powerful as on the driver's side I have come to think that this is due to extreme heating because the coolant container is on the passanger side and over time it deteriorates and this coupled with the already I have known very malfunction of this type of projectors, which is why many people make Retrofits and change the projectors for After Market I tried to improve the lighting with high-end xenon from the NHK brand and h7 morimoto bulbs, considerably improving the lighting remembering that in Projectors do not recommend the use of LED bulbs since they generate shadows and have no depth there is no comparison with xenon since they were designed for this unlike modern projectors that come with the led integrated
I don’t think one of your LEDs is bad it’s probably the head light housing, because I was aiming my led headlights few days ago and one is much brighter than the other one. Same car.
@@gigi19mai1 yea but xenon comes with automatic level sensor ain't it. I'm not sure if you get the screws with it. Are u in the EU? Cuz I heard that EU models with xenon only has auto level systems
In mexico are a versión call isport and dosnt have xenon. Use halogen bulbos in the proyectors with h7 size bulb and Inst automatic ajust like the car of emil and i have this versión too. @emil. I have the Same problem with the proyector in the passanger side and i think with the years do no proyect berry well , maybe for the heat of the coolant side. What do yo think emil ?

The adjusting screw you used only adjusts the light vertically, correct? Is there another adjusting screw that adjusts the light horizontally?
mr2simplistic only vertical adjustments for this vehicle
You forgot the most important detail- which way does one turn the adjuster to raise/lower? 🤷🏻♂️

Yeah one is different for left right side of road, peripheral visibility vs blinding people.

It's actually easier, as the xenon doesn't have the fan on the back of the bulb, so it's a perfect fitment.

All that setup when you can pull up to any concrete block wall and be almost as accurate. This shit DOES NOT need to be down to the micron.
