Camping in 14°F with Oliezi Inflatable Air Tent without Heat / Solo Camping / Sound of Camping

- In this episode of our camping adventure, We took Oliezi AirTent 80 to the mountain and camped at 16°F temperature and the diesel heater malfunctioned because I connected to a 120V instead of 12V so we had no heating source but still managed to stay relatively warm in the tent with just a heated blanket.

No fridge needed to keep things cold when you have snow 🍹
yes, the fridge was over the top but you do need and want to have a cooler to keeps things from freezing.
One of the few reasons I put up with winter camping…don’t need to bring a fridge or a cooler
@@Free_Range_4x4 you would still need a cooler to prevent everything from freezing.

Yea, it is on the heavier side when you compare to a regular pole tent. But the convenience of an air tent is just awesome! Well worth it for me.

How long does your ICECO fridge run on the Plume? I'm also a bit surprised you didn't power the fridge using the 12v since using AC is less efficient due to the power loss in conversion.
it did last all day and you are absolutely correct on using 12v but the power station does not have a 12v DC output..
What's your opinion on air up tents?
I was against it but now that I've used it, I LOVE it! it is actually very stable and provides good support! the only down side is that it's pretty heavy.
