Hi, I newly discovered your videos. Also a Subaru driver and adventure chaser here and I appreciate you showing the specs and product information. I could help but notice the disparities between you going away for a night with your dog away from your daughter and the comments are so supportive. When I leave for solo adventures, the first comments I receive are, "Why aren't you going with your husband?" Or "Why are you not spending time at home with the whole family?" So different... Not judging you, I think it's awesome to get time away to recharge so you can show up as your best for others and yourself. I'm just noticing the difference between when a man does vs a woman 😕

I support all men and women who can take time off from their busy daily life and recharge them self in the woods. further more, you have a family member that supports what your needs are is a wonderful relationship that no one can deny so don't worry about what others say, you do you!! and that's all that matters~!!
Awwww. Your son is around the same age as my Grandson. I can tell, you like them hotdog rolls.. I also like that rollable cart. makes moving heavy items a cinch. Overall another great camping experience, for you and your doggie. I also like the spot, just enough nature, but not too far from the beaten path. Thanks for joining our camping adventure. and yes it is MUCH different when camping with the family. so much stuff to prepare and we were planning on taking more camping trip as a family as she is older now but wife is pregnant with a second child so it has to wait little longer. maybe I might just bring my daughter with me when is bit older.
What is your kitchen cleanup setup like? Do you just individually clean everything as they dirty or do you use a sink?
I normally clean/wash it as it gets dirty but I am going to use a Camplux water heater next because it is hard to wash grease with cold water. you'll see it on our next video~

Hi Kimberly, Thanks for joining us~ the awning provides lots of coverage with plenty of height, plus the side coverage is awesome but it was bit difficult to put together. the roof has lots of tension so you really need to force the pole in order to take shape. so might be little tough to put together but overall functionality is good so I can kinda recommend them. and yes, it will work with your 4runner. great SUV you got there. I am thinking about switching to the new 4runner or the land cruiser.

thanks for joining our camping adventures. the awning provides lots of coverage and blocks lot of the heat. and since it is very tall, all the heat is dispersed at the top so you stay cooler. if you are interested in trying it out for your self, I have the link to the awning with a discount code in the video description.
