Hi John, I'm glad you enjoyed the video awesome sausages, different flavour I like making these sausages in fall. I Love smoked salmon I bet it turned out great. Hope your day goes well. Cheers
All looks easy. Can you give the amounts of the spice mix in relation to eac other ? This is well explained, including keep everything at proper temperatures. Thanks for clear instructions . G.D.
If you're looking for a great commercial Meat Grinder, I highly recommend a Hobart they are fantastic and will exceed all your need and expectations. As for the LEM Meat grinder I don't think they are but for my needs at home they work perfect and does a great job for what I need it for. Especially all the attachments for a fraction of the cost then paying for industrial units.
I've never had an issue. I like to vacuum seal all my product to prevent any issues. As for taste and quality fresh is best but I didn't notice anything off or wrong with the sausage. Hope this helps and answers your question.
@@ivokitchen33 Sort of. What I've been told is that it should not be kept as leftovers, that something happens to it that makes it unsafe to eat. Something to do with the potatoes. It doesn't make any sense to me, because you can keep meat as leftovers and you can keep potatoes as leftovers but something about the combination apparently makes it unsafe to eat. I'm talking about the next day, not a week later.
Great video. Traditional Swedish Potatis korv made by my grandmother never included nutmeg. Allspice only! Try it both ways.
Nice. You make it look easy.
Thank you. The biggest thing I like to do is have everything ready before I start and just take your time. Thanks for watching
You do a great job on your videos! I especially like your sausage videos, as I am looking for some different sausage recipes. Keep them coming.
Thank you. I'm glad you're enjoying the videos. There are lots more sausage videos that I will be making. Thanks for watching. Enjoy
Hi. Tqvm for sharing. Going to try this for sure

I've heard that Swedish potato sausage does not keep well and must be eaten the same day it's cooked. Is this true?

@theresemalmberg955 if it's fully cooked, it's edible. Keep refrigerated for next day use. longer than that, I would discard it.
@@ivokitchen33 Ok, just wanted to make sure. I have two pounds in my freezer and I wanted to make sure I didn't take out too much at one time.
