sorry for the late reply: Ann's recipe (demonstrated in the video is: 8-9 medium red potatoes (peeled), 40 whole Allspice (crushed), 1 medium onion, 1Tbsp Salt, 1-1/2 lb ground pork, 1/2 lb beef casing Chop potatoes and onions together Crush the allspice. Add salt. the mixture should have a fragrance of allspice, add more if necessary. Put in casing. Place in boiling water and prick with a fork. Turn heat down to SIMMER (if it continues boiling, the sausages will break). Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve with lingonberries or yellow mustard. Hope that answers your question
This brings back memories of supper with my Grandpa & Great Aunt. The Uffda sign made me laugh as that's something my Mom would say ❤
Thank you for the wonderful demonstration! Brings back memories of my grandmother.
Glad you enjoyed it! We are planning on posting more Swedish cooking and baking videos in the future.
Can you add the recipe here in the comments for all of your fans?
