So, as a gunner of the bmp-2 that didn't blew up at 50:00 , I can tell you that there was some huge desync going on. I've heard a bike at around 49:44, turned the turret and started shooting HE arounds at it, but bike and it's driver weren't taking any damage. It looks like "in reality" autocanon started shooting at 49:55 (you can see traces of 30mm rounds appear at same time as I was shooting coax mg). I haven't even heard an explosion, for me bike just disappeared.
I optimized IED factories. 4 man team with a sapper. Setup a radio close to main with 400 construction for 2 habs/ammo crates. Only dig up ammo crate so randoms don’t steal your vehicles. Bring 2 bikes. When one bike blows up, get the next one ready. Respawn main to get the bike respawn. Do it over and over again. Consider getting commander for the drone
If anyone in the states wants to see a MT-LB in real life, the Museum of Military History has one on display in Jeff City, Missouri, and yes, the turret does still move.
1:02:46 the T-72 and the MT-LB Logi in this segment were probably asked to act as a red herring for the BMP-2 to flank the anti-tank ambush. Good thinking to put the tank in front, just like how armored vehicles are supposed to be designed.
Considering how brutal Fallujah Invasion is I'm impressed the Russians brought the battalion everyone says is least suited for the city and took it all the way.
I was SLing squad 3 on this match and was screaming not to vote for the armor battalion, lol. We were an infantry squad and were totally removed from most of this IED insanity. What ended up carrying us through was having multiple attack FOBs, and a few squads who actually stuck together. Definitely a intense match, we were able to roll them after Bazaar since the Insurgents were mostly out of position.
@@LogisticEarth I think that voting armor battalion was perhaps unintentionally the actual 200IQ move here. After rewatching this game 2 or 3 times, I realized how much focus, effort and resources the insurgents wasted on ''hunting'' the Russian armor, instead of defending. And whilst the armor got absolutely eviscerated by IEDs, the Russian vehicle crews still used their assets conservatively and with care, even scoring some important kills (like the back-to-back BMP-1 and IED techie kills by the BMP-2, or the double IED bike kills by another BMP-2). This actually TIED DOWN a lot of the insurgents resources as they were expecting the armor to be the main assault force here, but most of the Russian armor weren't even near the objectives most of the time, which essentially compelled the insurgents to split up their forces to ''hunt'' Russian armor. Meanwhile... it was the Russian infantry that were the real (and unrecognized) stars of this game. You guys kept grinding and pushing the enemy team out relentlessly, despite the casualties and the IED mog at the objective whenever the insurgents were to lose it. I think the infantry was the real slow and invisible killer that essentially won the game, also because of cohesive teamplayers such as yourself (I mean 173 revives in this game alone is insane!). And I think the insurgents came to that same realization too, after they realized they lost all their radios near any of the objectives and had to all spawn in from their ''IED factory'' spawn, by which point it was already too late to turn the game. Bravo dude! Bravo! 👏
Honestly though, the way they are using armored assets in this game is incredibly similar to how armored vehicles on the Russian side is currently being used in Ukraine right now.@@Ghboy2
Cell phone call. About a 3 sec. delay from dial to detention. A separate team member, sapper, calls the cell phone trigger. From actual insurgents use of IED in real combat.
@Sargon_of_Cincinnati it's the most "popular" way of showing IEDs being detonated, by the time we went into the GWOT, insurgents were using near-sophisticated means of detonating IEDs by radio/wire/etc from even miles away.
i think that if vehicles had better destroyed models and if dead bodies stayed a bit longer every match would look 10 times more dramatic and cinematic as well. I mean a whole t-72 getting completely erased by an ied bike isnt very immersive to see
For me and aside from performance issues possibly I thought the idea of destroyed vehicles staying also adds to cover roadblocks as well. This might be the reason it isn't done but if my games of Men of War are anything it would be interesting.
They normally do but IEDs are considered sapper charges like C4 which is a specific game mechanic to delete husks to clear roads so multiple IEDs can kill a vehicle and delete the husk.
ive had the exact situation of hitting people directly with a heat round and it not doing anything to infantry. I dont 100% know if thats how its meant to be but i definitely think it might be broken :/
I genuinely wonder what HEAT would do irl when directly applied to infantry considering how it works, what does confuse me is when he says tanks are firing HEAT at infantry as it would simply not be very effective, my best guess is he means HE or frag rounds though it would be fin stabilized versions but still. HEAT against infantry? Idk maybe I'm thinking of the wrong HEAT.
In 11:00 bmp absolutely stupid by game graphics because bmps rear are back door for infantry and also known used like additional fuel tanks so it should burst in flames after hit by rpg 😂
>Russian Army going full armor in city combat againts islamic faction Those who know what happened in Grozny in December of 1994 - aw shucks, here we go again
BTR is actually the English version of the abbreviated бронетранспортёр (БТР), which literally just means armored transport. There's many variants, the most common in Squad being the BTR-80/82a you're referring too, but with the release of the VDV we've actually gotten a few of the lighter armed BTRs, such as the BTR MDM, BTR D, or BTR ZD. But, either way, in this video there should only be MTLBs. These vehicles were usually uncommon in Russian layers prior to 7.2, while BTR MDMs were always present in VDV layers, so I most likely mixed them up. Either way, BTRs are not all wheeled. Thanks for coming to my TED Talk.
The insurgents forgetting the IED in their factory, the bike trying to get to the BMP, and the distant explosion was like a looney toons gag ngl
Could it be that the IEDs bugged from the moment Moi was watching how they were digging them on the bike?
It’s very reminiscent of how they actually behave irl, lol. I can recall numerous times where they blew themselves up by accident in Afghanistan
That self IED was hilarious
Just hilarious 🤣
This was definitely the best EITS with Insurgents I have seen before. IED factory was top notch and was hilarious when they screwed up 😂
This is peak insurgent gameplay
That tank crewman got sent to space holy moly
True Russian Style
That was impressive, what lay down survived, 12:40
The good ol yeeter deleter
17:15😂😂😂😂
That twin IED bike attack at 36:10 was dramatic AF. I just hear the crew yelling “Reverse! Reverse! Reverse!”
And the “Oh, crap.” at 48:16 was classic.
I always wish I could hear enemy comma sometimes lol
Only real ones know Abu Hajaar, Gone but never forgotten.
Damn it, Abu! 😂
He is alive and well
Russian command: The ied factory isnt real, it cant hurt you
Ied factory: hehe, sticky fire rock go boom.
That t-72 got the tank equivalent of blowing up and leaving a smoking pair of shoes behind.
This round was fun from start to finish. Imagining the fear in the armor crews voices had me smiling the entire time.
The dude being revived right in time to stare down a grenade had me LMAO! 🤣😂☠️💀 Just the sheer timing of the whole scenario could be in a movie.

Moi constantly calling the MT-LBs BTRs XD
Lol at OWI just chilling spectating random matches of their own game.
33:13. The most amazing C4 ever to be strapped to a drone. It literally VAPORIZES the T-72.
That one grozny veteran
"is Tuesday, get my vodka"
Take a shot every time he says BTR instead of MT-LB
This map would be magical with environmental damage. One of the best rounds I've seen.
Yes it would be epic. Sadly with owi's optimization already being shit I doubt it will come any time soon 😢
If anyone in the states wants to see a MT-LB in real life, the Museum of Military History has one on display in Jeff City, Missouri, and yes, the turret does still move.
Can’t believe the Russians brought a ton of armor into Fallujah and then won
Even while facing an IED factory
That's because of the medics, they also brought Russia's best combat medics.
LMAO, the bike that left all its IEDs at the factory. KABoOOoMmMMM!
Lol thats why you have experts handling explosives with care and got protocols in place. Just amazing round tbh
1:02:46 the T-72 and the MT-LB Logi in this segment were probably asked to act as a red herring for the BMP-2 to flank the anti-tank ambush. Good thinking to put the tank in front, just like how armored vehicles are supposed to be designed.
They need to add fully destructible and truly interactive environments like real environmental destruction and weather effects/storms
43:40min "169 *Nice* tickets left"
The teen in me laughed so hard at this! 😂
The T72 got tracked by the AA gun
Can we all just thank OWI for showing all those sexy IED explosions… lately it’s just deleted the tank, etc. but not anymore… such a good round!
Environmental destruction would make squad the best military game ever.

This is the type of insurgent gameplay that would give me massive paranoia and in game PTSD at around every corner lmao.
IED bikes are the most fun part of playing insurgents
One of the most exciting videos I’ve watched! Good job moi
That VB-IED blitz on the radio was fantastic, but the bike on the tank was insane.
This was actually just like an action war movie
11:10 Nice play by the MTLB, can't kill him, but can block his escape.
This is one of the wild match ever. Love your commentary.
How the hell did that one insurgent tank two RPG
Arabantium skeleton
Nice! Quote: Hold on a second it is a flankaruni from way down town, unbelievable
Damn IED vehicles in real life are terrifyingly effective. In this game they look devastating when used right.
Your insurgent videos are definitely the best.
My first time watching this channel. That was surprisingly entertaining! Much better than watching a football game. lol
Wow that was amazing to watch, this is straight out movie worthy
This is the best video I’ve ever watched🤣I was dying when bro pulled out pistol and went for the long shot
Thank You. A fun one
What an explosion..amazing.
They really need multicamera cuz holy moly the coverage is so good I wish I could see more of the action goin on lol
I love your videos
50:00 LOL
I love playing as insurgents
That tank kill was insane...nothing left of that Russian T-72...
Weird how the IED @12:40 doesn't damages the radio right next to it
T72 driver is solid!
50:00 OMEGA LUL
50:03 NEVER PUT IEDS ON THE BIKE ROFLCOPTER
Do the ied bikes have a deadman switch or how is the explosion triggered when the driver goes down?

Man these games with ieds are so fun to watch bruuuu !
One of the best videos i seen from you :D
Back doors of BMPs are actually integrated gas tanks
This is some GLA General Rodall 'Demo' Juhziz shit, I love it.
Dang some highlights!
Proud to be in this game.. Sad to lose :(
Moidawg, by looking at the title this is awesome.
THEY NEVER PUT IT ON THE BIKE HAHAHAHAHAHHA SO FUNNY 50:26

That was a BLAST of a round to watch!! :D
This was the best game I’ve seen
Saw the intro in a short btw imma get squad just bc of you.
LOLOL That was such buggy crap @10:18 with that RPG literally detonating on the back of the insurgent repairing and doing absolutely nothing.
This is what you get when you play a faction to its strength.
Insurgent BMP out played so many times 😂

nice...
i was in this game with the Russians, it was crazy that we were hearing so many IED exploding XD

Fantastic game, well played by both sides. A bit disappointing the phone call came right during the climax but still worth the watch
ied are so fun
This is the best match ever bruhh
lol theres a meme for that insurgent...mishap.
Unescorted Armor in a city center. That’s Russia for you.
😂
That isn’t something exclusively Russian tho
This was common in the Gulf war too.
Gaza strip
@@agg1n Whats this funny red triangle hanging over my brand new merkava tank? 🔻🎆
Those IED drivers should learn on how to attack armor 😂
what server is that?
Potato fields
Bro was calling MTLBs BTRs
But what did the accountant say?? We’ll never learn?!??!
That’s a dev 😂 I see you watchin watchin the watcher 😂😂😂😂
Territory control plz
MT-LB, not BTR lol. Driving me insane the whole video

I wish this game was cross play for Xbox. I'd love to play but just don't have the money or time to keep up with a good computer.
BMP 2 crow how lucky the r
Is this a pc game. Never seen it
Moi! Please, brother, btrs are wheeled vehicles, those are more like mtlbs except they are BMD-4 hulls without turrets
