this park has been the six flags park i’ve been going to every time i got those free passes from reading in school. i haven’t gone since i got my last one in fifth grade but i’m wanting to go back again. i hate that not a lot of people talk about this park! silver dollar city is also amazing
Actually it’s not. It’s really fun, i recommend to ride the Ferris wheel first it’s scary but if not ride the train, then the ninja, you will get used to it i rode the ninja 8 times!
Great video. I love a good countdown video. I visited this place as a kid when my grandparents were still alive living in St Louis. This video is a reminder to put this park back on the revisit list.
6:41 that’s why that seats a must on this coaster when it’s in reverse. The belts on mr freeze always made me feel like I should have something more for protection. This part is so fun scary
Dude Six Flags STL season Pass holder here great list no question in my mind that American Thunder had to be Number 1 it's my favorite ride in the park and is fairly unassuming just looking at the specs it's one that you have to experience. Great video
Six Flags St Louis looks to have a top 3 Six Flags Setting, it looks to have such a great placement in the woods... Too bad they aren't RMCing Boss anytime soon
Great list and video! The only thing I was surprised to see was that spinsanity wasn't on here, I thought that that ride was about as good as The Joker.
My home park is SF Great America, but when my girlfriend and I visited for two days last summer, we were impressed! We loved the woodies, Mine Train, flats, everything! Our Batman also gives me the gray-out feeling, and I also loved that it's a mirror image! The rapids raft was closed when we went, but Log Flume was great! We also lost our Enterprise, and Supergirl was closed. I really wanted Excalibur, but it wasn't ready. Very unique park and great food choices, better than our park! The steam train is great! Ours has been closed since Maxx Force construction. I can say so many great things about this park! I even loved my one front row ride on Ninja! So crafty and different than the usual Corkscrews!
Awesome video. Honestly I don't think it seems too crazy that a GCI gives great ejector. I've been on two to date (Mystic/Thunderhead) and both of them absolutely hauled through their layouts and gave great pops of ejector air throughout!
You know?Just retrack The Boss.St.Louis needs an RMC but they shouldn't touch it.This park is an excellent candidate for a groudup RMC(every model would be great but honestly the Raptor makes the most sense)

We loved your video that we had to go make our own.. ours was more about What to expect and how Clean it was and how they are handling the pandemic.. Thanks for sharing your video.. Our favorite ride had to be THE BOSS.. Big thumbs up from us @FinFamilyFun
Never been but if I had to rank I would say 1 American Thunder 2 Ninja (I’m an arrow fanboy) 3 Mr Freeze 4 Boss 5 Batman 6 Boomerang (I surprisingly like these) 7 I don’t know anything else that’s relevant LMAO
It took me a long time to learn how to ride stuff like the Boss. I thought front seat was always the way to go, but then I learned some rides are best in the back with your lap restraints as loose as you can safely have them. I even like Batman in the back row now because of the way you get pulled through all the turns. What's your secrets?
Ninja leaves you with bruises, LOL, it's a mess edit: and oh YEAH, we were in line to go on Thunder River after 2 gd years of being out, we were within 2 minutes of going on the ride when it broke down and everyone on the innertubes had to climb out and walk to the exit points on their own, wtf
It’s good to know I’m not the only one who greys out on Batman! I thought it was just that ride until I caught Talon at Dorney. Then I realized it’s just B&M inverts that do that Edit: and you put American Thunder 1st? You have taste!
Batman is definitely super intense! …i hate to say it, but american thunder has actually fallen pretty hard now lol. i’m kinda bored of it after so many rides
@@ConceptualCoasters blasphemy! /j that’s totally understandable. I’d still put it at #1 for stl, but I’ve definitely had the chance to go on more coasters in the last few years that blow it out of the water!
i rode mr freeze when it was forward facing the first half (and looking UP that tower). I honestly don't know if I could handle the exact opposite (namely looking down). Maybe sometime

when you haven't been to six flags during the summer since 2017 and all you can think is: TIDAL WAVE IS GONE?!?!?!?!?! Now I'm sad. (was there in september of 2019 but the only water ride open was the log flume)

How I didn't know that Conner is actually phantom coaster??? I have another regard on you lol before I didn't know why u were so famous on GP2E server now I know why lol 😂 great video though
I don’t understand how screamin eagle is worse than American thunder. Screamin eagle has bigger drops, more airtime, is overall more fun and intense imo.
american thunder has a lot more going for it (though i do actually prefer screagle now) - screagles hills tend to not give a ton of airtime unless it’s absolutely hauling, whereas american thunder hits every time. AT also just has a more exciting layout in general
@@ConceptualCoasters Personally, my favorite coaster is The Boss. I’ve ridden screamin eagle dozens of times, and I get airtime over and over again. On my recent back seat ride I was partially standing up for most of the drops with how powerful that airtime was. However, the boss had great airtime all around, and the layout is the best coaster layout in the park imo.
Imo Mr. Freeze gets too much hype by people who have ridden it. It’s somewhat intense but really it’s only insane at night. This goes for the one at SFOT idk anything about the one at SFSTL
