A Swedish steel one is made by STIHL. It is called the STIHL Bush Hook and is very similar to the one demonstrated and also has a leather handle. It costs £20 to £3o here in the UK at Garden shops but is probably less expensive in the EU.
It's "vejnik" or "renčelica" in Slovene if anyone cares.
That particular billhook is €40-50, its made by Spear & Jackson(probably others as well, so it stands to reason that you can get a cheaper version, but to get one for €10, you need to shop somewhere in the mid 80's)
Spear & Jackson are good quality but not much can go wrong with billhook

What is the purpose of the metal part on the end of the handle?
keeps your hand on the handle when you do some chopping and if you do slip of you may be able to catch it there in time.
Where can i buy one?
I am not sure. Ours was handforged in Hungary. Not sure if someone mass produces these.

Hey man i found a maker called Rinaldi that produces these in Italy for a very affordable price, if you are interested. Don´t know how the quality compares to mine though.
