I don't know why it never occurred to me that you can make your own jump rings out of wire instead of buying them new but it makes so much sense and is really cool to see!

Do the flashes of the laser hurt your eyes? That was indeed fascinating!

My mom loved cameos. I got her a few every year from all over the world. Her favorites were the ones made of Amber. I've also drawn wire, and it's incredibly hard.

Fascinating. I always wondered how a jeweler worked on gold pieces of jewelry like this. The laser welding was really cool.

This came out such a beautiful bracelet! I’ve had a gold vermeil garnet and TINY cz bracelet for almost 20 years and I absolutely LOVE it. Since garnet is my birthstone it holds a special place in my heart. Admittedly I haven’t taken the best care of it and I used to wear it everywhere and never take it off. I have a missing cz and some of the surfaces of some garnets are scratched. I’d love to have an all new bracelet made from the garnets and cz’s. I’m sure that would be VERY expensive but one day I’ll treat myself to one. Anyway…I love all of the jewelry you make and share with us and who knows, maybe one day I’ll have a piece made by you too!

I love your videos the making of exquisite jewellery. Especially for those who have been left with the broken pieces. You turn them into something wearable keeping the memories alive. Each time a piece is worn those memories are once again alive. The owner as they wear these pieces do it with pride. As the feeling of love from the past comes forward to the present day. That is just awesome and thank you for sharing your amazing accomplishments and hard work you undertake.

As someone who used to make rings all the time for chainmail, your ability to make rings all the same size on -pliers- is baffling to me. Would've gone with a thin rod for anything over 5~10 rings instead, but your skills prove that's definitely not mandatory if you have the skills for it

Wow this bracelet came out beautifully. How do you learn how to do all this do you have to go to college ? I hope my question wasn't stupid I am just really curious and I see there alot of steps and machinery you used.

There’s dedicated jewelry schools that will teach a basic and advanced knowledge of techniques in soldering, stone setting, fabrication etc.

I have a bracelet with extra “snaps,” 2 small bars that are placed around the clasp as a secondary protection against loss if It falls off. This bracelet is one I would want that extra security on! What does it cost to add extra protection against losing a bracelet? Do most jewelers provide that service?
What does it cost to make earrings screw back? Can any jeweler do that? Thank you!
