Celebrating the Newinbosch neighbourhood launch in Stellenbosch

The first quarter of the year is already behind us, and we are so excited about the progress we've made at Newinbosch since the start of the year.
We finished upgrades to the R304 and the additional lanes and traffic lights will improve traffic flow for all commuters. Our beautiful entrance road is done and many indigenous trees and plants have put down their roots in their new neighbourhood of landscaped spaces leading up to the gatehouse. The boulevard median is next in line for landscaping, and it's sure to be a stunning addition to the neighbourhood. Thousands of trees have arrived at Newinbosch which we'll nurture in our on-site nursery. Construction on the gatehouse started last week and we can't wait for this landmark building to take its place as the welcoming front door of our neighbourhood.
We completed the internal civil infrastructure for the first phase and the installation of the electrical network is also starting soon. This means we can get started on the construction of our homes as soon as it is up and running.
We launched sales of the first homes in March. We are honoured to be a part of the journey for so many new homeowners who have decided over the past couple of months to become part of this community. We are thrilled to announce that our sales are already at R85 000 000, on track with our sales goals! Simplex units are set to launch in May and will be priced starting from R840 000. They are designed to be an affordable and efficient housing solution.
The security fence has wrapped itself around most of the site, and electrified fencing is being installed. We look forward to seeing this completed over the next few weeks after which we will install CCTV and thermal cameras, start monitoring the perimeter and have on-site security.
One of the biggest highlights was the completion of our sales office (which will become the Pret op die Plaas (Fun on the Farm) preschool at the end of this year. We also celebrated the launch of Newinbosch in March with the community who has supported and believed in us for the past 6 years as we were dreaming about and planning this new neighbourhood.
