Did Genshin impact Finally fixed the frametime / stutter / framedips issue?

Only in the menu and character selection screen is it still present. But that’s not that bad. I haven’t made a single 180-360 decree turn while walking around and a frame dip just flip the camera around because the frame dip just suddenly accord during a moment when you slightly turn the camera while walking around.
