It's not because of turning to fast, otherwise FPS games wouldn't exist. The problem is actually officially been addressed. The problem is the game engine. Genshin's Unity engine is perfect when it comes to cross platform capability. The problem is that they need to emulate/redirect a lot in their code to make it work at all platforms. With comes with delays. And not only input but also visuals.

@@Shaun58 i know but it's just that the Unity game engine is not perfect. But it's with everything, sometimes you must make some compromises if they made it with the unreal game engine then this wouldn't happen

@@Shaun58 no i don't have this problem anymore. I have downloaded a tool on my PC so I can run with unlimited FPS so the game runs at 160 fps. I have this tool for a few years now

Ja het kan echt een dure eerste uitgaven worden als je alle assets van de nederlandse routes moet downloaden die met de dlc’s mee komen. Ik denk dat ik nu in de 2 maanden dat ik de nederlandse routes heb een kleine 700 euro uit heb gegeven en er staan nog iets van 200 euro aan tabs open. Ik wacht tot de season sales voor de steam dlc’s en de rest kijk ik even of ze te locoswappen zijn

I think they fixed it themselves, it was either a Game Engine bug or a bug in windows. In this time period there were also problems with AMD processors (5000 series) and NVME ssd’s slowing down. But in the year or so after this problem was adressed it has been fixed. Mostly.. it still sometimes just dips but not noticeable. But it will occasionally dip 20fps but it doesn’t “freeze” for a split second as shown here. And on my iphone 13 pro max it’s even more noticeable. After ios 17 its way worse then IOS 16.6 so i stoped playing it on my phone. But i actually only use it to remind me when the resin is caped

Just go with the higher refresh rate monitor. And you can unlock the fps to above 60 fps to every fps your monitor and GPU is capable of with a tool you can find on reddit called: fps unlocker. It won’t fix the stuttering but it’s not on every game and it’s much smoother 99% of the time. The stutter is only 1% or less of the time as you can see. So don’t let that 1% influence your decision to purchase that monitor

I have background and foreground FPS locked at 160 that matches the wide-screen refresh rate and look at the left bottom corner. Rivertuner is running. Vsync is also on. And the game is running on high priority. But the FPS drops are mostly fixed. There was a patch note from the game itself that fixed "some" AMD + NVME storage setups causing problems. So it is the game engine, they have acknowledged it.

it should be fixed. In the notices in the tab: update summary rule =update content 2022/01/20 09:30= #5 they state: " optimize an issue whereby after version 2.4 update, there is a change that frame rate will drop when playing the game on some devices" I can confirm that I am not noticing any drop rates every 30 seconds now. But the are still present sometimes

@@xXBrutus67Xx I don't know for consoles but it was also happening on my iPhone. But since today I haven't noticed on my phone anymore but I occasionally (like once every minute or so, but it's not a hanging moment anymore just a short stutter or dropped frame. It's less annoying now)

@@Michplay Yes unfortunately it's not entirely fixed. The time between stutters is significantly increased meaning they happen much less often, but they do still happen. The other issue is it's still tied to the framerate. So the rate of stutters doubles at 120fps. I can't speak to the severity of them since I haven't tested that yet.
