@@flipmanjackson3270 it was ahead of it’s time but by 2020 it didn’t evolve enough and was left behind. I wish they were still inspired as they were with those 2nd and 3rd GS generations. I had a pearl white 2006 gs300 and overall it was amazing EXCEPT you have to watch out for oil consumption issues. I had to add oil quite often, and the smell of burning oil would make your eyes burn. I own a 2008 gs450h now and it's REAL quick and overall just as solid as my 300, but more features. Great cars!
@@velocity769i would look for a 2007-2013 rwd or awd (rwd is funner in rain) gs350 i believe gs300 where port injection so they had issues with carbon build up. i would go for a 350 or a 460 if you got gas money to spend
This is my car. Same year/colors/trim. Mine is AWD with almost every option. Got in ‘08 with 17k cost almost $40k but I traded in my 98 ES. Has only 113k in Dec 2024. Still drives great. Hardly any problems in 18 years. The main exhaust pipe under the car had to be soldered 4 years ago. Wasnt too expensive. Service lights won’t go off. Caused me a problem getting inspected but was ok in the end. The coin compartment under the drop down control at bottom left of dash won’t close. Not too bad considering everything else is as it should be, minus the service lights. AC blows cold. Maybe AC serviced twice in 18 years. It does burn oil so I add about a quart of synthetic once a month. Maybe it’s time for something new. Pandemic set me back. So I started looking at new/used cars and surprised that nothing is really attracting me. Too bad they stopped making the GS 4 years ago. One of the best cars on the road. Think I’ll drive mine a little more. Dealers are saturated with models right now and could get desperate in 2025. Still, I’ll miss my GS. Prob will be the car I’ll remember forever in my life.
May I ask, what is your favourite car? Mine has to be a 1992 Land Rover Defender 90 300Tdi. Absolutely love those. (If you can find one, I will be very happy, but if not, then I don’t mind). Merry Christmas and a happy new year from Brighton in the UK

@@magicautopro I get that too an extent. I understood that. But w low soundtrack till you get to those parts would help. Also for things that you do that could use explanation, such as, the feel of objects, the fit and finish, how something feels over time, or how well it functions, would be nice.
