@@Drawmatic a year late but when 80s hits an enemy with his bow it puts tags on them (the orange circle around their health bar portrait). Having tags on an enemy makes can't miss-ile do more damage to them

Essentially everytime you land a critical hit, regardless the charge level, you get max tags on it. The thing is you can tag more than one person at once. So multiple missiles come out. What makes heavy payload so interesting is that you fire like an addition 2 or 3 rockets for EVERY TARGET TAGGED. Each rocket does 25 dmg, plus splash, so its a pretty powerful build. Counter it with sunflower cuz sunflower healing removes the tags.

There's actually an explanation to that. It's not a bug it's a feature. Whenever 80s tags multiple plants the can't missile will shot way more rockets. Ladies and gentlemen this is the first clip i've seen that proves my point.
