Good question. The fact that they sent the case back to Jamaica says a lot. They saw that the Jamaican system messed up with the jury issue and he should have gotten a re trial and that’s that. The council is not going to free him if there’s evidence to prove that he’s indeed guilty of the crime. They’re basically giving the Jamaican system a chance to make it right by giving him a retrial.
