So someone’s verdict was completely overturned by the highest court. Why is there any question of why they should be released?! They should have been freed upon the quashing of the verdict! There shouldn’t be any form of bail application as they are not charged with anything! They are not convicted of any crimes to hold them in prison. They can bend the law all they want, but the facts state that man should be free! I pray Kartel is freed at that appeal hearing and immediately leaves Jamaica! It’s clear that people in very high positions have an agenda to keep Kartel in prison at all costs! Even if they must bend/break the law! This includes judges as well!
