I was considering mounting a led bar in the grill in my Q5, after seeing this and how stealth it turned out, I will be copying you Sir! Thank you for posting this video.
You are not driving with high beam on when you are meeting other vehicles on the road so what's the problem? New cars today have blinding lights from the factory.

I’ve been brainstorming about this idea and then I came across this video .. awesome !!
Really slick install. I’m going to try this on my ‘18 Q7
I used the same light bar except this was like 20 in on my skoda Octavia I basically installed it the same way you did
Awesome, bet it looks great 😁
@@swedishbuilds it does it basically turns the night into daylight It's insanely bright also I love the car you have
Thanks man, I really appreciate it
What do you do if your battery is in the trunk?😅
^
Same princip route the wire under the carpet back to the trunk or find a suitable plus connection in the front and wire to that 😁
My Audi has LED light, does that mean I don’t have a high beam connection like you do?
Yes you should still have a high beam cable where you can take the signal from.
So clean so good
Things vibrate in the engine, especially in Audi's engine 😃
Since you tapped into the high beam, it only works when the high beams are on correct?
Yes exactly
What kind of front lip do you have? 😮
hey its a cupra r front lip
Can you link the light bar you used?
I Bought it in store. But try searching for it online. The name of the brand is swedstuff
@@swedishbuilds do you know how many inches the light at is ?
It is 21 inches (54cm) if I remember correctly.
How is it with the snow in sweden?😂
Haven’t had any problems with it yet 😁
how did you exactly secure the led bar in that place?
Drill a hole through the underside of the bumper and then use a nut and bolt
Thanks man! I just can't get over how clean the led bar looks there haha quite a coincidence mine arrived only today 😁
No problem, if you have any more questions about the installation, feel free to ask me 😁
Took the underside protection cover off and the radiator makes the passage very narrow. I doubt the bar i have will fit through
It'll fit in the bumper for sure but i think i have to take it off
Do you have a link to that same light bar kit? I have a B7 and I like the stealth fit you did.
These should be illegal. There will be legislation to limit too bright headlights let al9 these blinding extra vehicle lights.
