What Do I Need For Services?
The services you need will vary based on the site location as well as your build specifications. Our tiny homes require a power supply, water, gas (optional) and sewer (optional). For water, a garden hose will do. Sewer will depend on the site, whether it’s hooked up to municipal sewer or septic. You will also need a graded and level spot to park the home-preferably a concrete pad, but gravel will work just as well.

What If I Want To Go Off The Grid?
Many off-grid options are available such as composting toilets, propane heat, solar power and propane appliances.
Can I Finance My Tiny Space?
Our tiny homes and spaces are classified as recreational vehicles, which means they qualify for loans up to 20 years. Set up an appointment with me and I can customize the right plan for your needs.
We take all trade ins on these Tiny homes, with our marine license we can take in RV's, boats, and other vehicles that you no longer need.
Where Can I Park It?
Each city/town/municipality has their own unique bylaws. You can look up your local bylaws or ask at your local city hall. Some cities allow laneway housing or multiple dwellings on single titles. Rural properties sometimes rent space and campgrounds are also an option.
How Soon Can I Get One?

That is such a chintzy design... there should be a downstairs bedroom..good electric cooktop... this needs eedesign

The mud room is excessive. There is not enough living space to have a separate room for a laundry combo and possible storage solutions.
yep.. i've mentioned that too.. if the wall flushed to the wash/dryer ..no need for that little nook.. it could of been pulled back.. so more little room for living area.
Don't throw your money away much better builders out there with better prices.

I agree. For 155k CAD/121k USD, you can get a much more useful layout and nicer finishes. When I saw this video, I thought it wasn't worth more than 60k USD.

@@gingernotturno5365 If I were going to build, that's who I would hire too. I saw their homes at a show and especially the 10-foot wide one seems huge, I'd buy it in a heartbeat, and I think it was around $90-95k with beautiful finishes. And you can get an 8-foot wide one for much less.
I think the stairway leads up to the loft can be like half with sunk partial for stand up loft... but thats just me :) .. otherwise this tynihom is nice ! That laundry room has a bit more room that can minimize ..no need for that little nook.. so everything could been pulled back so more room for the living room area.
Plywood will not stop critters from going right through that. The cost is over the top. It's a great idea, but where the washer and dryer are is a waste of space in a tiny home.
the whole back room is not a good layout they could of added more to the living area and a real staircase and a standup loft next to the bed...I am 67 the stairs are no good for me I will fall and break my neck
That’s an extremely tiny living room area….even for a tiny house. Where in the world are you supposed to put furniture?

In the community where I live in the southern US you can buy a starter home (1210 Sq Ft) on a Tenth Acre Lot for $118,000.
The cabinet above the water heater can be used as a pantry and put a shelf and hanging rod over that bench, and built-in dresser, and more storage for your small appliances, like blenders, popcorn popper, food processors, mixers, and accessories, oh and a toaster or toaster oven. So many possibilities. The LG Wash Tower would be a great fit, and the controls are in between the washer & dryer, great for us height deprived folks. It is a little shorter than a washer & dryer stacked, and one can see the controls for both at eye level when put on that stand (with the wheelbase behind it).
That trailer does NOT look like a chalet 😕😕🙄
I hate the kitchen, and I agree with everyone who said the space is not used efficiently. The door on the bathroom should be a pocket. Looks like cheap materials as well

I think the smell of wood would be good for healing while looking at the interior finished with wood. It has a good composition in a small house.

The only thing I like in this model is the linen cabinet and the stackable washer dryer....the fridge and the dishwasher should have a drawer at the bottom...and the kitchen cabinets doesn't even look like a plate will fit to small...I would rather see shelving there ...the living area is not well planed out you could maybe just put a recliner a loveseat would be up against the slider ..I do like the slider but should be put at the end of the house instead of the side ...
Sliding glass doors would be a no so you could have more wall space.

Hi, it is beautiful! A wonderful spring has come- full of fresh, beautiful colours. The Sun is shining, birds are singing. Everything comes back to life. Very soon the trees will bloom and all will be just like in a fairy tail. How sad it is though, that people who live amongst this beautiful nature are not capable of living in peace, respect and love to each other. Will it ever change? What do you think about it?

Not enough storage in kitchen or bedroom. The living room is way too small. The layout is wasting alot of space that could be added to the kitchen and Ivins area. Best thing about it is the outside.

That video will never win any price. The house is OK but the camera is moving constantly, fastly, never letting the possibility to appreciate the construction, the plan, etc. I had to stop it twice to see it ´till the end because of a strong heatdache and nauseas.
What size minisplit does thids have?
I do not understand this design. The living/dining area is clearly meant for two people (at most), yet there is a full size cooktop and oven, a double sink AND dishwasher, and a full size (albeit stackable) washer and dryer. A tagline in the description reads, "Spend More time playing on the mountains- and less time doing the mundane." yet it appears you're expected to spend all your time inside cooking a feast and cleaning up after a large dinner party.

Yeah, that exposed plywood underneath is gonna soak up moisture and warp inside 6 months. Major design flaw there.

Of all the tiny house videos that I have watched, this is my least favorite. I was hoping for better in Canada. I don't think there is nearly enough storage. The interior is pretty bleak, boring and very plain. Appliances are pretty basic and there is no tub and only 1 bedroom and a tiny couch and only an eating space for 2. This must be for a single recluse who has no hobbies or friends. There are a lot of options out there for tiny houses and this one is not utilizing them. There is a combo washer/ dryer available. Not really any need for a dishwasher for 1 person. There's no room to store dishes or seat guests. In my opinion, this does not suit very many people as it is not well thought out.
