I find it interesting how Starlight can position and maneuver twilight’s wings after she sewed them onto her own back, instead of them dragging like dead body parts. There are a lot of nerves, tendons, and muscle structures that Twilight would have that Starlight would need to recreate in order to use them like she is, some kind of dark magic? Also i love the sheepish grin and blush that Starlight has, it ads so much more to the scene XD.

Like that one episode where Twilight gave Rarity butterfly wings? She had to perform a spell that (temporally) adjusted Rarity’s physical structure to accommodate the wings. There’s a difference between normal telekinesis magic that unicorns have, and temporary and permanent spells that have to be cast. lol sorry for the long comment.
I love the fact that the wings look like their too big for Starlight, showing that no matter what she does they still don’t belong to her. Your art has been an inspiration to me for a long time and I want to say thank you.

I feel like Twilight is still alive, but in so much agony that she can't process what she's gone through except that it was painful and traumatic, so she's groggy and confused and barely responsive and idk y but yah 😅

I absolutely love the wings, the amount of detail is insane and they always look like they take an eternity to outline and shade but damnit, it's so worth it. Also like how the expression warped back to the original "totally not caught me doing something illegal" puppy innocence (probably whilst being surrounded by the carcass of a pillow), makes both for a better side by side and the piece a bit more expressive and fun to look at.
After feeling jealous of Twilight being the Princess, Starlight snaps and kills Twilight by ripping off her wings letting her bleed to death and as Starlight watches, she sows the wings and puts them on. Suddenly the door opens, seeing Twilight's friends and they look in horror seeing Princess Twilight's corpse in front of Starlight. Spike: S-Starlight, what in Celestia's name have you done? (Starlight looks at Twilight's friends with a smile on her face) Starlight: Oh nothing, I just got my own wings. Does anypony love them?
Personaly I like 2019 best. In the first and last one Starlight looks like she slowly realizing what she has done. While in the second oe She has this creepy blank stare, unfazed on what she has done. Also without a word makes you feel. -Youre next if you tell anyone about this.
when u started drawing starlight i thought: "woo very cool way to use that specific brush to give more personality to the lines" then a body appeared next to her, i stopped and my mind went like "tell me thats twilight.. tell me thats twilight", u dont realize how much i got interested after i saw it really was her. btw, i love the concept of this scene, like what wave of thoughts could have brought stralight to the point to rip off twilight's wings and sew them on herself, like as we know they were teacher and student to each other and as far as i remember they never "hated" each other to this point, i'd love to know what happened before this very scene.
I like the detail of multiple squares of twilights skin sewn to her back, like she underestimated how much skin she'd need to hold the wings on her body, also I feel like a detail like Starlight holding up the wing that is open by her magic shows that no matter how hard she tries, those wings were never tailored to her body so she doesn't have the joints to move them. Amazing :) Edit: spelling mistake fixed
Blits, you are amazing. I wanted to tell you. Before, i just wanted to be as good as you are in drawing, but i realised that you just had your own style: realistic without being too realistic. So i spread mine, now on TH-cam people says that i draw well, sometimes they even say they want to be as good as me. You are my inspiration trough years, and i will never have your art style, but it's better this way. Thank you, because of you i learned that practice makes perfect, and i always make better drawings everytime. ❤

First one was cartoony cute horror. Second showed a more "psychotic" break on GlimGlam. The latest one is harder to place. Almost like a vacant remorse. Like an accident, but not quite accidental. Much like a child "petting" a cat to hard (movie reference). Arguably almost more scary then the others since shes as much a threat as the other images, but you dont feel like having your guard up either...
I really love how the redraw has turned out it looks so amazing and it's a big improvement from the last one. Well done Blits and I can't wait for the next drawing😄

Even though I don't like the original MLP series, I'm in love with the creepy and dark versions that has been made about them. I love how the artists can make a more darker story from what has been shown in the series and I just love it. Like someone thought further about that town which Starlight made - the former members had some kind of ptsd about it and I loved the idea. I really love how Starlight's obsession with equality can go further if someone think about it... Blitz, you did an excellent job with this, like how Starlight was so obsessed about having wings that she could act a horrible crime like this. Beautiful artwork!

It would be so cool if Sunburst was actually the one who caught her and she was staring at him like that as a way to say, “ Why are you scared of me, Sunburst? You wouldn’t betray your best childhood friend, would you? We both more than deserve what she never earned. It was for the better.” I don’t know, it just came up as a thought where Sunburst could think and understand what Starlight was feeling and thinking but still knowing that this was too far and was wrong. Conflicting thoughts about how this is his best friend who he grew up with and taught and stuck by, but now is showing to have the ability to do something so cruel and evil. She was someone who he taught and needed more help than him, but now is seeing her with more power than ever, which is the scariest thing for him to see. Idk, I just thought it was a neat idea
