    Anybody from the hood frfr had to notice soon as he went to philly with the black Acura in front of him the guy paces back in forth in front of Charlie’s car a few times... what he was doing was holding Charlie up to see exactly who he was and what he was doing before he was allowed to drive past. That comes from years of experience in being a look out tactics. Better believe he also was telling the car in front of him to be careful o the car behind you.

I left Baltimore in 2005, and I miss it all the time. I went to visit my parents last year, they live in Essex by Kenwood High school, and they’ve done all kinds of work downtown. I rode through some of my old neighborhoods, and just about every other house was boarded up, with homeless sleeping on the steps. Great content
    A lot of US cities, the layout of the suburbs, are really generic - spacious, block system, etc. But this place and Philadelphia are almost like the UK, with narrow streets and terraced, small houses. (of course, conditions aren't as bad as this in the UK) . The overcast grey sky adds to that feeling.

    • @eastender_
      @eastender_ 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Just FYI, suburbs has a slightly different meaning in the US (if I’m reading your comment correctly). None of what’s in this video is a suburb - they call towns outside the city the suburbs.
      I agree with your comment tho. I’m a Londoner but in my head I see comparisons with some of the terraced streets you see up north.

Some families have moved on to better areas and left those without employable skills behind. There is no money or energy for home improvement in this environment.
