- The plaintiff gave the defendant power of attorney to withdraw money from his account while he was in jail. The defendant promised to pay the plaintiff back when he was released. However, the defendant refuses to give him the money back, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims her husband was the one who made the deal with the plaintiff, not her.

I remember him. He was a client at a shelter I once worked . Cool guy funny sense of humor. I would see him from time to time on the subway or about here in nyc . Once I saw the thumbnail girl I had to clutch my pearls .

@@CubanflowersIt’s still not the same as a legal marriage that is registered with the state. It may have similar rights, but it is technically not the same. And where did you get they were together since 1977? They were together for two years.
