then you're lucky, I paid more during mine and got my questions and answers and I studied them and it was exactly what I faced on my exam day, i will advice you to give him your full cooperation.
I'm about to enter a 2 year RT program this Fall. I'm extremely nervous because I'm also rolling A&P 2 and Microbiology into the program to save time and hoping I don't overload myself. Did you take those classes before your program or have advice on doing so or know others that have done that?
The program I did incorporated all of the prerequisites into the program at the same time as the RT classes. Time management and asking for help when you need it will be the most beneficial. There is nothing wrong with going to tutoring or asking a classmate to help explain a topic that you aren't quite sure about. Good luck!
Hmmm... Not so sure. It depends on the hospital's social media policy, once I start working. I would hate to do something that they didn't approve of then lose my job.
Hi! I'm new to your channel, but I've been watching you all last night and today! I have a question for you. Did you ever feel limited by what you could do with an AAS RT degree? I want to do RT, but I don't see nearly as much room for advancement as I see with nursing. I know that there are a few different things that can be done with an RT degree, however, I just feel so limited by the options.
Hey there! Thanks for watching! I don't personally feel limited by it. Is there something you want to do that you can not find in RT or use RT as a route to?
Not necessarily. When I wanted to get into healthcare I wanted to do nursing to become a NP with a specialty in derm. When I learned about RT I felt that I would have a better opportunity to help people, which is something I'm passionate about. The only things that make me a little uncomfortable are that I don't know what options there are for moving up. Sure, I could get a bachelors and master's degree, but what opportunities are there for people who want to advance?
That's understandable! Some people go on to become perfusionists, physician assistants, anesthesiologist assistants, product research, etc. It just depends on what you want to do exactly 😊. There are opportunities for advancement for RTs out there, they are just not as well known as RN to NP for example.
Exactly. I'm not entirely sure what my goal is, I guess I just want to know that I'll have opportunities to do more if I'd like. Next semester is the last semester I'll have of prerequisites, then I'll be in the RT program next fall! I really enjoy your videos and how honest you are about everything. I'll keep watching!
That's exciting, you are almost there! Hmmm... Since you were initially interested in a specific area of NP, try looking into PA. I believe PAs can specialize also. Check out some of the other areas I mentioned also, you never know you may like them. Ultimately, you have to go with what you feel is right for you. Whether that is RT or RN, I'll be happy for you either way and will be here to help with whatever I can. Good luck! 🤗
You are better off getting your bachelors, or masters in a non-respiratory field. Something like Health management. This is because you'd have an opportunity of being the Respiratory supervisor, or lead department manager in the future. Going straight RT will hinder this, according to our instructor and some preceptors I've spoken to on the matter.
That's so exciting! Congratulations on your first semester! Make sure you create a study schedule and stick to it. This will make your life much easier in the program! Also don't forget to take some time for yourself every once in a while and you'll do great! I have a ton of videos on tips for studying and clinical make sure to check them out! Thank you for the kind words and watching.
Thank you I'm very happy for your sweet caring reply And now I have reached almost end of semester and stress of exam is getting more😅 and physiology is my toughest subject😟😢
Boise State only accepts credits from a regionally accredited school while Pima Medical is nationally accredited. It’s a big bummer but there are some other options. Just wanted to let you know in case you didn’t. Sigh
No worries, I've done my research. There are a few schools I can get my bachelor degree from that have agreements with Boise State which would allow me to go there for my master degree. Just waiting on credit transfers now 😊 Thanks for the heads up though!
That makes me happy to hear! I was accepted into Pima’s program but was having second thoughts because of this accreditation thing. If you don’t mind me asking, would you recommend their program then? Thanks 🙂
That's great! I liked my program and am happy with it so far 😊. Any program is what you make of it, so as long as you study hard and put in the effort, you'll do great.
@@BreatheEasyRRT Omg are you going to Boise State now? Crazy I grew up in Idaho and got an degree at BSU. Now I live in AZ and want to do a career change into the medical field. researching all these different paths...
i am not trying to be a creep here, but your personality sounds just like mine. I am not that into astrology but for some reason it makes sense how I am a water sign, .. are you water sign too?
The CSE exam is very difficult to pass, I can't believe i failed after studying with so many materials😞
Sometimes it doesn't matter how hard you study you also need to pray to God for success
Wow so sorry you failed, i have heard so much about Richard but I don't actually have his info
Yes you're correct
This Mr Richard charged me a reasonable amount of $ for TMC Questions and answers I don't know how guaranteed that is
then you're lucky, I paid more during mine and got my questions and answers and I studied them and it was exactly what I faced on my exam day, i will advice you to give him your full cooperation.

I had the same fears. When I saw code blue procedures online, the fear imploded. Thanks for sharing your after take.
Any time, my friend!
any inside hospital video plans ( you obviously cant show patient) but like an edited version of what you've done this morning etc...

What can you do with a bachelor if you cannot be a supervisor?
Your instructor is wrong
