All "killing blow" talents function at max level. You do not have to actually gain exp to benefit from them and the wording is only meant to exclude trivial enemies, which would lead to heavy abuse. Imagine being able to get a benefit like that from killing a level 1 critter. So they made it require the kill be close to your level (think green numbered level).
Looks like the pronunciation of Aesina is Eye Xena (Zee Nah). It's latin as she was a roman god iirc.

But only the druid fuctions in pvp? or does the priest also?

Dependence on Manual Crowd Pummelers made me avoid this class like the plague Classic. I am excited to see what has become of druids without a reliance on that item. Even if its overall worse I think its an improvement. But its not worse.. not at all.

My biggest disappointment with the new druid talents was the talent in the resto tree that increases dot damage by a percentage. I immediately thought this would be so cool to have a dot druid, kind of like a lock. You pop insect swarm, moonfire, cat form, rake, shred, and watch those dots go.
The talent doesn't effect bleeds. Like why? Why not? What is the rational behind this?
