    I know many of you have been waiting for this tour! The fish room is going to get a huge makeover. I’ve been inspired by some things recently and can’t wait for the new changes that will happen. I know I didn’t even get to complete this fish room and that’s probably another reason why I need to change! I can’t keep up with so many tanks 🥲 So it’s time to lessen the number of tanks and build a showroom

      Great idea, and GREAT tour, Ryo. I think you are soo right with the "less is more" approach. I am also doing that now. You may want to paint the floor some shade of brown to match the stands and beams, and keep the warm tones going. It will be BEAUTIFUL. I would advise against laminate flooring as it will not tolerate water. But you can use vinyl plank that looks like wood and can handle water. That's what I did when my house flooded. 🤦‍♀I also love the wood grains! I chose live edge wood slabs with beautiful grain for my next stand. I am going to just sand and polyurethane it. You can't beat the beauty of nature. You're doing so well, Ryo.

      Bruh !!! Ryo, I have loved all your videos, passion for the hobby and chilled nature ... But you are taking on a massive amount of work which YOU SHOULD MAKE A WRITTEN PLAN FOR, BEFORE YOU BEGIN... To make planning easier for yourself.
      To start, your doorway is very small, will your new sofa fit through the doorway or will you have to buy a dismantled sofa❓
      Your new gallery will need heating for visitors ( which will in turn, heat your tanks ) ❓

    • @RyoWatanabee
      @RyoWatanabee  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@dinodinosaur2930 Hi, thank you. Last year, I added insulation and walls. I also got an air conditioner installed which I use during the hottest and coldest months. The sofa I intend to get is a two seater so it’s compact. For large items, you may have been able to see some point in the video that there is a large sliding door next to my 4ft contest aquarium. Thank you for your concern. I’ve been planning and am looking forward to this change 🙂

    • @RyoWatanabee

      @@LeilaSoleil Thank you, you’re right!! Vinyl plank is what I wanted but to do the entire fish room is $$$ I can’t do that 😅 So I’ll just paint the floors for now. I really want a light colored floor because I feel it brightens up the room and I want to be able to see things on the floor. I will stick with light grey as it’s a similar look to concrete and also because I love the look of the ADA gallery in Niigata.

    To reduse alge of any kind.
    Put live floating plants such as mini water ledace, red root leaf floaters.
    As far as plant care a natural liquid fertilizer is better.
    Also try reduseing your lingting.

    You have the metal legs on the WRGB II Pro, can they also be used on the WRGB II instead of the acrylic stands? They do not mention it on the site, but the dimensions are the same, not sure if the mounting hardware is so that might be the only reason they couldn't.

    • @RyoWatanabee
