Hi Mike, these are brilliant videos and so helpful, I appreciate the effort you put into them for us viewers 👍👍👍 One thing I'd like to highlight that I think is missing is a section on those roles dealing with designing, implementing, managing and maintaining physical (or virtual) networks. So people like network engineers, network analysts, network admins who deal with switching and routing, firewalls, load balancers, WAN accelerators etc. People who have CCNA/CCNP/CCIE or equivalent qualifications from other vendors. Also maybe Telephony or Unified Comms engineers who need to know networking to implement VOIP systems. I'm not sure if these roles would come under the IT Support heading or if they should be in their own Networking section but I'd like to see them listed somewhere. What do you think? Do you agree?
