When trimming the fairing (the plastic "bumper") 1) leave a 1/8" gap for body flex. If you dress the edge with an edge guard cut it for 1/4" - 3/8" gap 2) when cleaning the cut edge, use a knife to trim the melt (not pliers) and then sand with a palm sander and 1000 grit or better.
Really love the full bumper look however the saw marks looks bad and stands out. Maybe use some flexible U type molding to cover the cutting on the bumper.
Curious to see if you guys will have the rubber moldings to go over the cut lines where bumper meets up with aftermarket bumper like competitors. Looks good! This and the cbi bumper its a tough choice. Cbi local to me but their powder coat is suspect. Curious to see how well this guy holds up

He’s so dreamy. I’d watch him install all day
It looks great!
Looking good! Now we need some bigger flares for spacers/Titan swap track width 👀
I'm curious how the bumper will change with the new facelift coming out
Once we get our hands on the new 2025 we will let you know.
Looking at the bumper looks like they pretty much only changed the grill and fog lights

We are in the process of designing some edge trim pieces. But yes, you can also use the u-shaped rubber edge molding.

will someone make beefier front and rear fenders already!!!
it'll definitely come, especially with the offroading community shunning the new Tacoma, the Frontier is rapidly rising in popularity
@@Falinzin If you build it, they will come.
what are the chances that there going to be a bull bar?
Nothing is in the works as of this time for a bull bar option, but we can look it to it.
With that beast of a bumper upgrade, you don't need a bull bar!
What size lift is on this truck?
6" Rough Country
I swear plastic clips gave me anxiety
