Great Job on your Layout. People don't think to model those Rock Fences, That is a Cool way that you scratched a Fence. I also like your Grade Crossing.
Hello Jackson Railfan, thank you for your comment. You are right - but the scenery isn't finished at all - so more trees are coming soon... ;-) - Volker
Your layout is amazing. I have used your rock carving techniques on my layout recently and love the results. It really cuts down on the work time. Keep up the good work!
this is one helluva nice job. the pic of this vid looked REAL. that's why I clicked on it because I though it was a vid of the prototype. really nice job here.
The scenery is coming out nice. I enjoyed the 2 videos of how you made the rock formations. Looks a little time consuming but the results are worth the effort. And those pine trees near the tunnel portal look great. I'd love to see a how to video on you making one.
wow love the details,, rock fences are a big thing in Canada. and yours look great. i have never seen a grade crossing that looks like that, but you show the prototype and ya you got it smack on right. fantastic the wiring looks to be the hard part of all that. thanks for the update.
I’m just starting to build my very first layout. Will definitely use your “rock” plastering technique. What plaster did you use? Did you ever post a “painting rocks” video?
WOW! i love the detail work! you ballast is amazing, looks so real. What ballast colors did you use ? Can you tell me what brand, that looks really nice ... thanks so much for sharing :)
das sieht echt realistisch aus!!!Ich fand es echt cool wenn du mal zeigen würdest wie du den rest der Landschaft so gestaltest z.B. die wiesen oder das geröll
Question: are you planning on doing a backdrop at all? I've honestly considered not doing one because I can't decide if the pros outweigh the cons. -Cam
Good morning Cam - i have the blue painted backdrop all around the layout. I will not paint scenery or clouds on it. It was a very difficult question for me as well - but in the end it is a question of believe...?!?! I hope that I have answered your question. And by the way - your layout is amazing and your pictures on instagram are fantatic as well ;-) Volker
@@BNSFUPRailroader You should do a video on how you made your trees. And a link on how to get the Anita Decor trees. They are very good. Thanks for sharing. I keep looking for your post. I made my rocks using your instructions. Thank you very much. V
Hallo Vincent, here comes the link to Anita Decor: www.anitadecor.nl/c-1205040/willkommen-bei-anita-decor/ The guy is a freak coming from the netherlands but he does speak english very well! His Name is Eddie and he is a cool and smart buddy 😊 ‼️ As soon as I will find some time to do more videos, I will do a „how to“ tutorial for scratchbuilding trees... Greetings from Germany, Volker
What you do is truly sensational... you do everything perfectly!! You don't leave any detail to chance!! congratulations, I really enjoy your channel
Thank you very much for your kind comment 😇🙏💫

Love the look of your trees. Did you make them? And if not who makes them?
The trees you can see in the video above are made from Anita Decor - all the other trees you can see in the other videos are made by myself.
