"Instant Pot Bread" -- Doesn't use Instant Pot to actually bake the bread. hmmmm. Maybe an idea for another episode -- "How to actually bake bread in your Instant Pot (for real)"
It was misleading. 🥺 My oven just gave up the ghost and I was all excited to use the Instant Pot to actually make bread. Then the cooking pot came out and my heart dropped. Oh well. Onward and upward.
Hi, i have Indtant pot-Nutri Cook Smart Pot Echo with Cake option & Adjust option. After proofing the dough, can i bake in Intant Pot pnly, using Cake & Adjust option?please let me know. Eagerly waiting for your reply. 😊
I’m an amateur so I want to be sure I understand this-are you saying that if you use warm water in the ingredients and then just pop the dough into a Dutch Oven, you can just leave it for 4 hours and assuming it does rise, then you just toss it in the oven (cold Dutch oven by this point) and bake? That sounds WAYYYY easy!!
You can store it in a plastic bag to get the bread soft, but the crust will also soften up a bit and not stay as crisp. Storing in a brown bag will keep the crust crisper
@@anti-ethniccleansing465 I'd guess that by not having the "pot" they meant not having a "Dutch oven" pot. They probably wanted to fully cook bread in their Instant Pot precisely because they did not have a reliable oven - so the title of this video looked like the answer to their problems! 😊 This is a nice option for speeding up the "proofing" for a no need bread, but both oven and "Dutch oven" are required. I've yet to buy a Dutch oven so I may need to do my baking in a regular bread pan.
Will definitely try it today. It looks yummy. Thanks so much for your recipe. I tried other peoples recipe. It’s just really didn’t come out right this one. is🥲going to be the winner. I’ll let you know. Thanks.❤👩🏼🦰🌹
@@LeighAnneWilkes I made the bread I came up perfect thank you so much. We had it for dinner and we’re gonna have it tomorrow with soup I came up. Perfect. I can love your channel. Thank you. I’m going to make the lasagna for Saturday. Lasagna for two.👩🏼🦰🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 s🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹💋
WARNING………it’s possible for the dough to rise high enough to push against the valve..and livekmthe IP up…SO..use somethung else to cover the pot. I use a glass lid…or a plastic cover made for the IP, even a dinner plate will work.

thanks for the idea.
I’m wondering if you bake it for 30 minutes then air fry it for 15 minutes?

She totally lied to get us to watch this video!
The instapot reduces the proofing time significantly. It plays a pretty important enough role.
If you let the dough rest on parchment paper, it will be easy to,put the dough into the pot.
I tried proofing in my 3 quart IP.. Judt hit the yogurt setting… and the result was a perfectly proofed dough.
Glad it worked so well!
Good to know that it works in a 3qt InstantPot! That's all I have. ~ Anastacia in Cleveland
Lovely. I haven't baked bread like ever. But I'm going to try this as I like the energy You send out :) thank You Very Much.
Hope you love the bread!
Thank you for making this video -- great tips. How long would I need to proof the dough if I didn't use an Instant pot on the yogourt function?
You need to proof it until it's doubled in size, time will depend on the temperature of your home.
you remind me of Beverly D'angelo! I hope Clark likes the bread!
Thanks so much!
Great 👍
glad you enjouyed
Love love love your great videos.

It’s not “instapot,” it’s “instant pot.” ;)
Like that your video is straight to the point - thank you
Thanks - enjoy!

Honestly, I have no idea. I'm not familiar with that pot or the baking option, sorry!
Bread looks beautiful. Wondering if I could use a 3.5 quart dutch oven?Do I bake the bread for more than the required time?
The bake time should be the same.
If you do warm water in no knead bread, you can use dutch oven in 4 hours as well. I do it all the time
Glad it works that way too! Thanks

If you directly put in bread dish insted of dutch oven how long do you cook ?
not sure I understand your question, do you mean putting it in a bread pan and then the oven instead of the instant pot??
What’s the best way to store the bread so it stays fresh as long as possible?
You can store it in a plastic bag to get the bread soft, but the crust will also soften up a bit and not stay as crisp. Storing in a brown bag will keep the crust crisper
put it in your stomach.
Since the IP has a bake function, why not bake the bread n it?
My IP doesn't have a bake function.
How much time did it take to prepare a loaf of bread?
The directions are in the description of the video along with the times.
Can you use bread flour?
I have only used all purpose but bread flour should work fine.
Sure.. However, it’s good to know that King Arthur AP..is as strong as other brand’s bread flour.
@@LeighAnneWilkes , thank you. I used bread flour and it came out delicious.
@@kemhughes5895 I am so glad!
I have no oven. How can you make bread using a toaster oven?
I am not sure a toaster oven would be big enough.
Since I dont have the pot OR a reliable oven I guess it'll be hard to make your insta pot bread
Sounds like this recipe is not for you
Lol why did you click on the video?

I see… I don’t own a Dutch oven yet either, and that has been what has held me back from trying to make my own bread as well.
