It's so hard to explain to people the benefits of weight training and longevity. I've had people including family and CO workers tell me it's a waste of time and I'm not enjoying life. Mother f er ill be able to enjoy life longer because of it and a big benefit wipe my own a**.

Only 3 weeks back into it after injury and life got me out of it, will NEVER again stop until I'm 6 feet under. You just have to work around injuries and find alternatives, it's amazing how much better the mind is. I'd been running but there really is something special about lifting weights. Weight lifters high?

I would add having muscle on your body can make you look more youthful too . When skin has firm muscles underneath it won’t tend to sag nearly as much
