Oh boy.. our shop has been having INSANE amounts of those same issues with Bella 3001 whites. Sometimes an entire dozen stack is dirty/damaged. Ridiculous. Happy to see that auto finally in action though.

OMG I used to work ina shop with a auto press and yeah the shirt batches would always have either holes or some kind of oil like stains on them. Seems unavoidable with giant mass production.
Actually he was the sole owner back when I made that video. I took ownership of it this year so we can push it further with my shop and skill set, other Lee is still a partner though 👍🏻

Been talking to a buddy of mine to buy some stuff like 3d printer en heatpress, plus en vinylcutter for small batches of stickers and other vinyl things for him. Been loving the shirt i ordered (your purple chrome logo) good fabric feels nice. Would love to have a shirt but then with the big logo on the front so you can see it on a live stream on twitch.

The best tip I can give is work your ass off. Eat, sleep and breathe this thing every day to make it into something. I started with nothing but a hat heat press 5 years ago

Are you gonna make a video update on why your Ryonet custom press wouldn't register multi color jobs? You kinda left us hanging. Why does your new manual press register but your fancy custom press did not register?

@@leestuart38 is it because all the separate colours never overlap, therefore if the screen gets some paint on it from a different colour print it won’t ever cause random marks?

@@leestuart38 we switched to them a couple years ago to replace Gildan, and are happy with the decision so far. Your stampinator should lay down all the fibres, fibrillation is the only issue we have with them, and once you can get past that hurdle, they’re pretty nice to deal with.
I believe you referring to Supima which is claimed to be a step ontop of Egyptian cotton, which is also grown in USA. All in all processing and not just growing also plays play a big role in the end product that's why most premium t-shirts come from European n western nations (Supima cotton tees usually extremely expensive). Considering the volumes when it comes to importation, you can easily see why that's not always an option for majority in the clothing industry especially tshirts(specifically screen printers).
Feels like the Gildan and Bella Canvas warehouses are infested with rats with the amount of shirts we get that have holes in them. We had a batch of light blue shirts with pizza sauce on them.
@@crumptees when was this acquisition? Heard of Alstyle buyout by Gildan but never Bella Canvas. All in all anything Gildan touches turns to crap already heard complains from Alstyle users and we all know how they completely killed off American Apparel after it's acquisition of which they were only interested with the brand-name. Something tells me they make a kill out of regular tees hence why they seem to buyout most premium t-shirt makers.

Gildan soft style CVC are the same basically for cheaper they are really nice!
Gildan soft style isn't even close to something like B&C, Next level or American apparel. It's a good cheap alternative for lower budgets though

It's pretty normal to get a few of them during a big run, but 10 out of 60 is so bad. I checked another box and it was even worse

True bella canvas has been terrible since few months, we had so many bad t-shirts so we finally changed the brand and it works well so far!

If you are using fluorescent tubes, get black light tubes instead, cuts time down to half .

Ok! Never used Bella Canvas but from their marketing which portrays them as some premium brand not expecting such stuff from them.
They used to be exactly that, but it's gone downhill while the prices went up from what I've noticed

They're just white led's. As long as you have all white led and no windows or uv sources you're good to go

No special settings on mine. Just set the paper type to glossy photo paper and you're good to go
