  • Today we are adding coral to saltwater aquarium, MY VERY FIRST CORAL EVER!
This was a very intimidating task but like most things, once I got it done I wondered what the heck I was so worried about!
Super simple to do when prepared with some research and info on your specific coral of choice. We added Soft coral and some LPS coral. Zoanthids, Xenia, Green Star Polyps, Torch Coral, Duncan Coral, Favia Coral, and Cyphastria Coral!
Seems like a lot but not really, can't wait to get my next batch of coral from my bro Blaine over ‪@TopShelfAquatics‬ 😁💪

Nice selection of starter corals. Good thing that you isolated the gsp and Xenia as they’ll take over your whole tank. Pretty soon your side panels are going to be a green carpet. Lol. Zoas are a favorite of one as well as torches especially when you complete your own garden. Nice job.-Darren

Wow Kev! This was so cool to see! I had no idea how you were planning to add all of those corals to the main tank. Fun to watch! Cool to see how when you took them out of the quarantine tank how fast they closed up. Then after placing them in the tank how they opened back up with amazing color! For me...I enjoyed that the most. Fun video to watch! Will be fun watching them grow! Happy to see your new guy's are doing great as well! Big thumbs 👍 up on this one! ❤❤❤😊

Hey kev, long time brother just wanted to say thanks for the discount from snake river. I've bought from them before and like you really love the quality of their fish. As a long time fish keeper i still get excited to get new fish. I know this has nothing to do with this coral video but i do love salt water. Back in the day i used to keep salt there's nothing more beautiful than keeping corals. Extremely expensive though but do love it. Take care my friend good health and happy fish keeping and god bless you and family. Peace!!

It was good to put the GSP low because they prefer to shoot upwards towards the light and they grow downwards very slowly. They can handle high light as well by the way, if it goes well it will spread all the way to the top of the water

@@KaveManAquaticsI've seen a few GSP wall setups and they look great once grown out. I thought for sure when you said you were going to put it on the wall that you were going to put it on the overflow plastic.

Having a lot of trouble getting into app. It’s happened before but I cannot get in at all since this morning. I’ve tried turning off my phone and turning it back on and still it doesn’t work. It’s just a white screen. Am I the only one having trouble? Thanks

No you’re not. There’s a code issue with the latest update that was pushed to the App Store. Deleting the app and reinstalling will fix the tank issue. All your data will still be there after logging in. We apologize for the inconvenience.
