Test Kitchen has 2 different menus. I forget whether they switch every day or every cruise but we had the other one when we sailed and I did not like any of the dishes.

I was in that cruise with my wife we had a freaking great time and will be back soon. The most relaxing vacation ever. Test kitchen was great.
Omg, Velenda was my server at The Wake, she was so awesome, really personable! She even stopped by our table at brunch just to say hi.
